What a blessed day I had with my family! Now we're watching Charlie Brown Easter Beagle, then will watch Hop at 8!

Finally home from my sister's. The whole exploding tire at 60mph then realizing that the spare tire in your mom's car has a bent rim and doesn't hold air anymore was a fun way to end the day. Oh and the guy at walmart that took 55 minutes to put a new tire on the rim was a nice addition too. It's a good thing that there was no one in front of us. Oh well, what fun is life with out a little drama?? LOL!!!! Well I'm off to eat some dinner then I'll be back to catch up here in a bit.

Awesome day. About to settle in, watch "The Ten Commandments:, and then watch "It's the Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown." Going to be a great way to wrap up a great Easter.

thank goodness there was some place open to help you, around here everything is closed today. (even if they were slow!)

Yeah, I was surprised that the service center in walmart was open. I was thinking I would have to come home and get a tire off of my truck to take back and put on it just to get it home. As my aunt drove by walmart though, I noticed that the doors were up on the service bay so we went ahead and stopped there.


Thanks!! I just got lucky that their wasn't very much traffic today and I could get over to the median quickly and slow down.

Here it is evening already, did a quick read through and see everyone is having a good day.
We are having a great Easter Sunday here. Amazing service this morning at church. Just finished a very tasty supper.
It is a wonderful 19c (66f) and nice and sunny. Enjoying the day with my family.
It is so nice to have all the stores closed today, I miss that on Sundays. So nice and peaceful and quiet.

I almost forgot...we stopped in a town called Medicine Park yesterday. The town is built around a creek that flows through and there are a bunch of antique shops and stores around. Anyway, I found a snack stand called Santa's. I asked them why and the workers told me the fellow who owns it looks like Santa and plays Santa every year...he's a huge Christmas nut like all of us. Here are a few pics...

Happy Easter, my Christmas friends!

It's been a very wet weekend, but that's ok. We've had a good time indoors together, and...

• The kids went with their youth group at church to work a soup kitchen, see a movie, then a lock-in at church.
• I did a little work on the Camaro, and
• Nancy had a chance to go shopping with her mom & sister.

Not too bad! Now we're late for church again, but we should have a good afternoon at my mom's then Nancy's parents'.

I thank the Lord for everything He's done!
