Christmas Countdown - 2014

Merry Morning !

Hope everyone is rested and ready for the day ahead. It is a lovely morning and surprisingly mild in temps.

Last week we planted a few herbs and I noticed that they have all sprouted! It makes a nice start to the day! The children really enjoy planting every year and they are so excited about their result. I may get some flower seeds for them to do this weekend.

Day off tomorrow, we are heading to Six Flags to start our season tickets for the year. Then to visit my grandparents.

I always thought it would get easier as the kids got older, I guess in some ways it has. But as far as busy goes, I am busier than ever with them!

The children must be so excited about the plants! I noticed that many of our perennials are starting to come up, I can't wait!
 
Good morning!
It is going to be cloudy with temperatures in the upper 50's today.
I am having my coffee, watching the local news and enjoying the peace & quiet. My husband and the girls will all be up soon, the morning rush is about to begin!
I'm happy that I do not have any errands to run this morning, that's rare! I will be working on some chores and I have a couple of phone calls to make. My daughters prom gown came in and she has an appointment later this afternoon to have it altered. She's very excited. I can't wait to see her in it again, it's such a beautiful dress.
That's about it for me!

Yes I can totally understand especially with three teenage girls, I don't know how you do it! :) Your family is really lucky to have you and I am sure you feel the same about them :)

How exciting abut the prom dress! I hope it goes well. I sometimes wonder what it would be like to have a little girl.

THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW.
Milestone Day. The 1/3 Christmas Day point.
Then.
The very next day.
The the 200-day Season Window.

It was just a bit cooler here yesterday but we did just manage to break the 70 degrees mark by mid afternoon.
Today should be nice as well, with no rain in the immediate forecast.
We are starting out at a chilly 46 degrees here in the NC piedmont.


Have a Thrilling Thursday, Everyone!
(And with Weekend Eve tomorrow, how could it be otherwise?)
