It's just a little after 10 pm here now and I'm all done and showered for the night. I'm just waiting for Lisa to get home from work, and spend a little time together before it's bed time....

It's been storming and raining since about 5pm here, so my plans for working in the garage tonight, worked out just right. Hope everyone is enjoying their evenings.....Have a nice night!

Going to see doctor at 5pm, my sinuses felt like they were going to explode. They still hurt even after a dose of sinutab extra strength, it hurts to wear my glasses.
I have no energy. The cough is getting better (must be all that practice!)
Do not get sick often, but when I do I do a good job of it!

I managed to get a little work done which I am happy about. However I had to cut it short to pick my other son up from school and when we got home I discovered a curious situation in my kitchen. Water is seeping through the floor tiles. So I guess that's our weekend plans sorted!

There must be some sort of leak or something under the floor.....I don't know. It will all have to be rooted up I guess. Mr. Festive will ofcourse want to do this himself. I have to go into work on Sunday so I hope this isn't going to be a major disruption.

I hope you all have a free and easy weekend soaking up family, friends, fun and whatever else you have planned.

So my husband came with us to the boutique and she was a totally different person. She apologized for ordering the dress too big and offered to take it in at no charge. I still had to pay to have it hemmed but I had absolutely no problem paying for that. There was just no way I was going to pay for the entire dress to be reconstructed because she ordered it too big. She is insisting that the dress will look perfect after the alterations. We shall see, I'm praying she is right. We go back in two weeks for the fitting. Fingers crossed!!!

I am glad to hear they are taking care of the dress, they should have done that in the first place.

I know we all have so many people to pray for. May I ask you to include a young couple in a terrible accident last night? This married couple were dear dear friends of my daughter's. Their car hit a stopped semi in a construction zone and my daughter's girlfriend, age 33, was killed immediately, her husband is on life support with severe head injuries and not expected to make it.
They have a 2 year old and a 4 week old infant who were not in the vehicle.
These young people were beloved by many. Please remember this family in your prayers if you have the chance. Thanks so much!

Oh my god, I am so sorry. The kids and their families are in my thoughts.

Good evening,

Not a bad day at work today, I was able to get a lot done in the freezer stockroom to be ready for my inventory next week.
I am a wee bit tired tonight, our day out yesterday, and the late ending of the Bruins game had something to do with that.
I am loving the Dream Book, there is so much I want this year. I missed so much of the ornaments on the online dream book.
