Christmas Countdown - 2014

Merry Morning. It is Saturday , My favourite day of the week.

We located the problem in the kitchen, a burst pipe line. Mr. Festive fixed the pipe straight away so now it is about getting the water and water logged under flooring to dry out. I could do with a few days of dry, warm weather right about now but no such luck...........

Anyway these things happen, it's part of life and there are far worse

I am at work tomorrow so I probably won't be back till Monday.

Good Morning, Christmas Crusaders.



And we have marched straight on into yet another Weekend.

A Weekend that sees us to two concecutive Milestones!



First up -- today -- the ONE-THIRD MILESTONE TO CHRISTMAS DAY.

Tomorrow -- the 200-day Season Window.

Nice weather yesterday until late afternoon when the rain and lightning moved in.

A tornado was spotted near a town northeast of us but we had no warnings here.

Looking for a nice, warm, calmer day today where we have started out at 54 degrees.

Good morning!
We are expecting rain on and off today, with temperatures in the upper 50's.
Not too much going on for me today. My husband just left for work. The girls all have to work for a few hours as well. I will be working on my daily chores and I need to go food shopping at some point.
We found out last night that one of our nephews popped the question to his girl and she said yes. We have 17 nieces & nephews and this is the first one to become engaged so its super exciting for us. Kind of makes me feel old though!

Auditions are over and we just got home. They've already called and said Elizabeth made the cut, so we're committed to another play for the next 3 months. Proud of her! I'm not looking forward to all the running again, though. We had to do a devotional in the car while I was driving just to get it all done today LOL.

We're supposed to go to another family Easter get-together again this afternoon, but Elizabeth is so sick with a cold I think I'll stay home with her. And she fell during auditions and really hurt her behind, to the point that she was crying on the way home. Bless her heart.

I hope ya'll have a great afternoon.

Good afternoon,

I am enjoying my rare Saturday off, watching my beloved Bruins now. We did a lot of running around earlier, and I am still very tired, I need a vacation. Less than 3 months until that. My wife and boys are checking on our friends house and dog, and then picking up a pizza for our dinner. I just got home from picking up JP's new mattress, so I get a few minutes of quiet time. We visited my grandparents, they are doing very well. My grandfather is in his 90's, and my grandmother is soon to be, they go with the flow and nothing really seems to bother them. (just never talk politics with my grandfather) cheesy I hope I can grow old and act that way, I am such a worrywart now.
