Christmas Countdown - 2014

Busy day at work, got a lot accomplished.

Today is my wife and I's, 12 wedding anniversary. I can't believe it's been 12 years already. She surprised me with a new Bruins hat as a gift, she knows I have been looking for a new one for a while now.

I am ready for sleep now, one of the busiest, exhausting weeks of the year at work is upon me.

I am addicted to going there, it's almost been two weeks since I have gone.
The clerks are probably worried about me.

What if I missed something?

I know!!!! I missed the half off of everything sale the first Saturday of this month and I'm going to miss it this coming weekend too!!! I might be missing all kinds of good Christmas cd's and Santa's!!!

Found an Elvis movie on TCM "It happened at the worlds fair"

Still coughing a lot with not much energy, but feel like I am on the mend. Taking tomorrow off so it will be Wednesday before I go back. One good thing about being sick, I lost 7lbs this week.

Nice sunny day here but still chilly. It is so strange not going to church on a Sunday morning. At least I can listen to the sermon on line later.

Things are getting dicey here....tornadoes are east of us....they have leveled two towns...Vilonia, AR and Mayflower, AR.

Coach, I've kind of assumed you were in Arkansas based upon past comments (seems like when our storm systems move east out of Oklahoma you mention them in your posts from time to time). Jumped on here to see if you're alright after hearing the news out of Arkansas. Glad you're okay but praying for all involved!

I've been watching the weather channel and Praying for you friend. Hoping that line that is just east of you keeps sliding north and misses you guys.

Praying for those that have already been effected too. The news I have heard so far doesn't sound good.

Looks like lots of people are getting hit pretty bad this evening by tornado's. Especially down in Arkansas. Hoping all of our friends are safe and praying for all of those effected.
