Thanks for your prayers everyone, my brothers foot is not broken. It is badly bruised and swollen, but he should be back to work in a week.

Good Morning MMC!!!!! It's supposed to be a beautiful day here with a high in the upper 70's and mostly sunny. Unforuantely I won't be able to enjoy it because they are mowing the grass here at the apartments. So I'm locked up inside now that we are back from mom's doctor's appointment. Mom's level was back in the safe range this morning. In fact she dropped 2 whole points to which the nurse said "No freaking way" and then redid the test. LOL!!!! It came back the same the second time around though. So while she is in the safe range, she is lower than they want her. So they put her right back on the high dose that she was on. Then we go back wednesday for them to check it again. Not much planned for me the rest of today. Just trying to get caught up on some stuff around the apartment and I might run to the grocery store later tonight. I haven't decided yet. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!

Good morning, buddy. Sorry to hear you won't be able to get outside and enjoy the weather. Maybe you could pop in a Christmas movie and crank up the AC!

So glad to hear that mom's level is back on normal range. Hoping it stays that way .

Good morning MMC!!! What a beautiful day!!! In 1 1/2 hours it will be even more beautiful!!! :lol: Sun is shining, light breeze & a high of 77º today. Bring it on!! Hoping to work in the garden this afternoon, then head to the lake & hop on my bicycle! My friend Missy was over at 5:45 this morning & we got a 3 mile walk in! It felt great! Need to do that every morning!!! Tomorrow morning I have to take pictures for a 5k run, so have to be up early again! Hopefully I'll get my own 5k &/or a bike ride in after that!



I'm off to read some more posts. Hope you all have a nice weekend planned!

Close, but not the same - I didn't think! :smile: We have talked about taking a road trip in our convertible to the Leinenkugel brewery! I think that would be awesome fun! :grin:
