I haven't been able to get on here since Sunday night, I keep getting the picture of the blonde in the Santa trimmed suit asking me to sign up for a Platinum membership. I am hoping I am back in MMC again, I am having withdrawals.

No upgrades this time. The server keeps getting attacked shutting the site down. Apparently the Grinch has finally learned of us and has decided to try and steal out Christmas spirit!!!

Tornado watch in effect for:
Conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms which may produce tornadoes.
Sev ere storms will develop rapidly this afternoon with the potential to become dangerous due to strong winds, large hail and there is the possibility of a few tornadoes.
Be prepared for severe weather. Take cover immediately, if threatening weather approaches.
In the event of a tornado, or if a tornado warning is issued for your area, it is recommended you take the following actions: Go indoors to a room on the lowest floor, away from outside walls and windows, such as a basement, bathroom, stairwell or interior closet. Leave mobile homes, vehicles, tents, trailers and other temporary or free-standing shelter, and move to a strong building if you can. As a last resort, lie in a low spot and protect your head from flying debris.
Emergency Management Ontario recommends that you take cover immediately, if threatening weather approaches.
Environment Canada meteorologists will update alerts as required, so stay tuned to your local media or Weatheradio. Email reports of severe weather to storm.ontario@ec.gc.ca or tweet with the hashtag #ONStorm.

What a nice surprise the painting of Elizabeth was ~ looking forward to seeing it!
Holiday, I'm glad Gracie is doing well! Stay cool!
I was getting ready to reply to a bunch of posts when the site went down. Yay to being back!
Nary a storm has formed here and it is cooling off quite nice. If a storm is going to happen I will probably sleep through it ~ was up until almost 4 am and had to be ready to go by 9:30 today so I am starting to drag a bit. It seems like it should be Thursday ~ that is how long this day has been. I finished making Kimchi today ~ boy is it ever spicy. It is loaded with garlic, ginger and garlic chili paste. Good, though! Still a lot to do so I had best get going.
