I will be going to the camp site when not at work, so for me it will be day camp. Most of the family and some friends will be there Saturday evening for a big

Good morning!
It's going to be a nice day, mostly sunny with temperatures in the upper 70's.
Not too much going on here today. I have a couple of errands to run and I then I will be working on some chores around the house. I also need to make a menu plan and grocery list for next week. If I have the strength I may get my food shopping over with at some point today since I'm going to be busy all weekend.
I hope everyone is well and has a Happy Friday!!!

Good morning/afternoon/evening everyone! I have missed the heck out of this place and each and every one of you guys!!! I am well more than half way through on this deployment and will be home around the time the first leaves start changing in Utah!!! My wife is about to go back to teaching the first of August so my MIL is coming late July until I get back home mid sept. I missthem sooo much but I was able to Skype and boy have they grown,,,,it brings a tear to my eyes. I just wanted to drop in really quick and tell yall hello. btw summer solstice is over with which means the days are slowly but surely starting to get shorter again which in turn begins the process of the leaves getting ready to start changing by late sept.(depending of course where you live) Love you guys and will talk to you all soon...I hope you are all okay and doing great!!!!

Good morning. My crazy work schedule has ended and I'm worn out. But, I am doing okay. I hope you all have a great day. We are now on that downhill slide to our favorite time if the year...I'm excited!

Good Morning, MMC!!!!!!!! It's going to be hot here today with a high of 89 degree's. Yuck!!!!! There is a slight chance of storms so hopefully they hit us and cool it off some this afternoon. Mom's blood count was to high again this morning. I can figured it would be though. The Physican's assistant that saw her last time when she was high, put her right back on the same dose after they got her back down in the safe range. I think common sense said if it caused her to go high before that it would cause her to go high again and that's exactly what happened. We saw her normal doctor that does it this morning and even she thought it was stupid and said mom is only allowed to see her for it from now on unless she is bleeding out. Oh well, she adjusted the dosage and we go back next saturday to have it checked again. Not much going on for me the rest of the day. I plan on watching a lot of nascar coverage while doing some cleaning. Then I may try to sneak a nap in later if I get everything done. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TGIF, my Christmas friends!

I finally have some caffeine in my system after a two-day moratorium for the stress test. Ahhhh. Binger would have never survived.

Two more sleeps till our weeklong trip to the Smoky Mountains! I'm really looking forward to our trip. Maggie Valley is so laid-back, with temps in the low 60's every night and low 80's in the day. We're also going to Pigeon Forge for a trip to Dollywood. I love that place, too!

And, of course, a long stop at The Incredible Christmas Place in Pigeon Forge!
