Christmas Countdown - 2014

Stormy night here...started around 10:30 pm and it has been going at it ever since. Slept till 12:30 and I have been up since. It's ok, I will take a nap or something later, but it's just unusual for this to happen to me during the summer. Now, it happens about 2x a month during the school year....but not summer.

Oh well...just more time to drink coffee and read the boards!

Coffee and MMC is always a good thing!

It is going to be another beautiful day. Sunny with temperatures around 80 degrees, warm but not too hot. We really got lucky with the weather for prom and graduation!
I'm looking forward to my daughter's party, it's always nice to see everyone and catch up. Although I am a bit nervous because I heard through the grapevine that my brother in law had a fight with my father in law last week over something petty. They better behave themselves at our party!
Not too much else going on today. I have to head out in a little bit and pick up balloons for the party.

Thanks, made! They only woke us up once, so I was happy to get a pretty good night of sleep considering how loud and severe they were before bed. Last I heard before I drifted off, was that they were telling people not to drive unless it was absolutely necessary. Downtown had flooded, and our neighborhood looked like a lake.

At least no rain fell yesterday.

Good Morning, MMC!!!! It's going to be hot and humid. Sounds familiar doesn't it? It's already 75 with a dew point of 70. So it's rather sticky out there all ready. Not to much going on here today. Just need to run to the grocery store since i didn't stop yesterday. I'll probably stop by Harbor Freight while I'm out too. Then the rest of the day, I don't know what I will do. Probably play on here. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!

Ugh. It's been raining all around me all afternoon but it refuses to go right over my apartments. I want some of that cooler air even if it is only lasting for a little bit before it warms back up. LOL!!!!
