Why did they switch trees?

Bad reviews on the Bethlehem lights one's, I'm guessing.

These didn't fair any better last year though.

Sugar yours doesn't light ?

One of the sections wouldn't light. We called QVC and the Santa's Best both, the best they would do, was send us a strand of lights. They wouldn't send us a new tree, which we thought was crap. You can tell that the lights are put on the tree, but it doesn't look too bad, once it is lite and the ornaments are on it. I will never buy from them again, I can tell you that.

It says they come with a 5 year warranty, but yet they wouldn't do anything about my tree. Stupid tree.

I will have to. I will do it this weekend, when I order some stuff. DH and I were really unhappy. It took them so long too to send the lights. We had to delay decorating our tree because of it. We even bought the 9 foot tree, that's probably why.
