Well mom's appointment didn't go quite as well as we hoped for. So we get to go back Monday for more tests. Then she has to go back to the Neuro to in a couple of weeks.

[Holiday]

I want to see fall images!!!!! I am on my laptop and only see squares.



I cannot live without my sink either! We had a leaky faucet last week and it was getting water everywhere and just unable to use it. I finally took it apart and fixed it. No more leaks! I didn't realize how much I used it until something like that happens. Hope all get sorted for you soon.

Thanks CAH!!! We'll survive! :grin: I made it 1 whole day without my kitchen sink! :lol:

Good evening,

Inventory went well, not a busy night so it was an easy shift.
Wife and kids are up in the Berkshires, they sound like they are having a good time, the boys were upset when they realized they wouldn't see me for 2 days.

I am coming to you from our old laptop, this thing decided it wanted to work today. It turned itself on this morning, I don't get it, so I am testing it out while listening to my music from it. It seems to be working perfectly. Now I can save all my music before it decides to crap out again.

Just winding down watching Gremlins.

Good Wednesday (Pinesday!) morning, my Christmas friends!

Like Crown, we have had a couple beautiful mornings here. Not in the 60's like him, but at least in the low 70's, which is a treat in July!

Elizabeth's play, Oliver Twist is looming on the horizon. This Friday is opening night. I'll be there Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon, so I'm sure I'll be singing for a week afterwards.

Equally hard to believe is the progress of our count and the proximity of Milestone number 12.
Days to the Season: 106
Days to Christmas Day: 148

And the numbers reveal that we are now UNDER a week away from the 100-day Season Window and the commencement of a double-digit count to our long-awaited Season.

Gentle breezes.
Low humidity.
Lots of sun and no threat of precipitation whatsoever.
Niiiiiiice!
We have started out at a cool for late July 66 degrees, here.

Good morning!
It is going to be beautiful today. We are going to have sun & clouds with a high of around 80 degrees.
Not too much planned for today. I'll just be hanging out at home all day taking care of my daughter. I have a few chores to work on and I'm also going to do more online dorm shopping. I can't believe we're at the end of July already, my daughter will be leaving in less than a month. We have to keep chipping away at the list of things that she needs!

Good morning MMC! Now that it's almost afternoon I'm finally caught up on posts here! :smile: I stayed up too late last night. Our electrician friend was over until 12:30 am - along with their daughter (8th grade) - so I didn't get much work done on my afghan...but after they left, I was up until 2:00 getting knots out of a ball of yarn Miss Gracie got ahold of & then crocheting- I'm tired today!!

Our flooring guy is coming over after work today to measure everything...and then I'm hopefully going to get a much needed hair cut & hopefully I'll have time to stop & pick up some paint color samples & a few other things.

My daughter said the pain is pretty much the same as yesterday. I just hope it doesn't get worse over the next couple of days because the doctor said that could happen. We'll see, fingers crossed. She's sleeping right now. Thank God for those pain pills.
I just ordered my youngest daughter a comforter, a couple of sheet sets, a few pillows, a blanket and a little area rug for her dorm room. So I could check that off my list. We're getting there.
