Happy Wednesday to you!

Yesterday's headache is still here and I'm not feeling well in general. I worked through it yesterday, but today I'm staying home to try to beat it.

Also some sad news yesterday. One of Gloria's kitties, Pumpkin, was very ill and had to be put to sleep yesterday. Gloria is devastated, and I'm sad myself. When we visited, he used to curl up in my lap and go to sleep. In some ways he was a little stinker, but still a very sweet cat.

I hope your headache dissipates quickly.

I will keep Gloria in my thoughts.

The headache pain is gone, but my head is so fuzzy and I'm so tired and spacey. Is there such a thing as a headache hangover? Just resting with some video and hoping my brain and my energy will come back before tomorrow.

I saw her work in Country Sampler magazine- she makes amazing & beautiful handmade/primitive signs!! I ordered a few more fall ones, one for animal lovers, and some Christmas ones too.

Police ,fire , ambulance here at the store picking up lady hit by driver backing up, staff chasing shoplifter with police.

Had angry man at my till because cake he wanted was not right price he saw on shelf, he went back with manager got angrier because staff must have changed the sign after he went to the front

Now I have to go back in, lunch is over. May our afternoon be more peaceful !

I did run to Goodwill for the first time in a little while earlier, and I found this book.

It seems to be a very interesting book, and it was half off today. I can't wait to really read through it.

I am going to try to mow the lawn, it is quite warm out.

Good evening,



Tomorrow is the first day of school for the boys, hard to believe summer vacation is over. My wife went back today after missing yesterday for the funeral. Her students also start tomorrow.

I took the boys to the zoo today as a way to give them a little more attention after this weekend of having to be with friends of ours while we were at the wake & funeral. We felt we needed to give them that for being so patient and understanding. Of course while we were at the zoo, we saw Carl and his buddy.

He is smiling with my boys.

I am off tomorrow, so I get to see my boys get on the bus.

Gorgeous day down the shore today at Long Branch, NJ. So sad that summer is ending! The waves are at least 5 or 6 ft thanks to Hurricane Cristobal way offshore, so no swimming is happening today. Oh well! At least it's nice out.

Good Morning......Horrible Morning.....I made a coffee just to find out that no milk is there.....and I only drink coffee with milk!!!!
