Christmas Countdown - 2014

Good evening, everyone! Hope you're day has been great! The kids and I spent it watching Disney movies on ABC Family and playing with new toys that EA got for her birthday.

Not much planned for tomorrow - I have tonight off. I took tomorrow off, since it's EA's birthday. I know she will be in school, as well as DS, plus DH will be working, but I thought it would at least give me the morning to spend wit her, then I can pick her up for school and have that extra time with her.

I hope you all enjoy the rest of your night. I will be back in the am for coffee. See you all then. I hope to try and get caught up around here! God Bless!

I've been hit...

Hit by that ol' feeling of love for fall....the one that always finds me this time of year...

The briskness in air, wind blowing, leaves of different colors falling from trees as the wind blows...the smell, the feel...the feeling of family sitting around in lawn chairs or sitting in watching a movie at night...having soup...candy corn...hot chocolate.

I love it, plus it leads to Christmas.

Busy times since last I was on here. Went searching for store stock and managed to fit a stop in at Hallmark and found the ornament I wanted that they sold out of on the first go round. Yay! Today I had a Pumpkin Cider ~ yummy!

Hopefully I will be able to catch up the countdown tomorrow while I work. I'll be home so I can load pages while I wash/repair items for the store. Fun stuff!

Good evening, everyone!

It looked as if I was going to have a very long night for a while. Thankfully, the Packers turned the game around from a 21-3 deficit to a 31-24 victory. I will go to bed happy now, eventually.

I'm actually looking forward to work tomorrow. I am scheduled to be back in the classroom for the first time this school year. I will be substitute teaching at the school I was usually at last year, so it will be great to return and see some familiar faces - both of staff and students. I'll have to call in sick to Passport. They won't be happy, but teaching is my career. They know that.

Well, off to bed shortly. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Tomorrow begins the second last full workweek of September. Oh, and I think there may be a pretty nice milestone in a couple days, too!! Good night, friends!
