Good Morning, MMC!!!!! It's going to be a little bit warmer today with a high in the upper 60's. Then back into the 70's tomorrow. Boo!!! Not to much going on today. Just have some work to do on the computer. Hopefully I can work some Christmas activities in there too. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Wednesday-Pines Day-Hump Day!

Beautiful fall weather here again.

Something pulled in my back Sunday afternoon and again last night, after it was getting better. So I'll be at the office hurting until it's time to go see the doctor. I almost never have trouble with my back, but I guess I'm old enough now to start!

I believe in my chiropractor! I hope you get some relief!

Well my chest isn't killing me anymore when I cough. I'm coughing more than I was before I went to the ER though.

Not wanting to be disgusting but if it's a productive cough that's a good sign that you are getting rid of the junk! That can last a month or longer, unfortunately! I have dealt with so many respiratory ailments in my family because so many of them suffer asthma, including myself. The doc wanted the cough productive but it's so annoying!!!!! I know you can't wait to get rid of that!

But it was a great evening for me; we went to Hobby Lobby where I spent all my time in the Christmas section, then to dinner at Moe's (love that place), then to Wal-Mart where I bought the new Captain America DVD. What a super day!

I'm having lunch with mom today. She's going to the mountains in the morning. I'm not jealous at all. Tonight, the kids have Youth Group at church.

Merry Morning!

I didn't get a chance to pop back yesterday but I hope you all had a great milestone day! I baked a cake for the occasion but more than half of it leaked out of the cake tin while it was in the oven. It is one of those tins with the removable bottoms. I spent the evening cleaning my oven. Anyway, we ended up with a thin layer that was very enjoyable LOL !!

Off to work for the day, it is a cool morning at only 4c (39f), definitely fall in the air!
Took out all our window air conditioners yesterday.
Predictions of wet snow in northern Ontario today (Timmons area) so it is on the way!

I am glad you found a chiropractor that you like!

All of the ones that I have worked for, or gone to for treatments have been very kind and down-to-earth. I prefer natural healing and nutrition initially, but will seek assistance with any doctor that can help. Medical doctors are very important, too.
Hope you get some relief!
