Christmas Countdown - 2014

Hey everybody, how's your day? Mine, what a stinker of a day so far....I need a hug Made......

Had to get up at 5:30 and make an hour trip to my grandfathers because he is having car problems, so I put his car in the garage. The bill, will be about a thousand dollars.

Got a call from my wife, she's in tears on the phone, saying that she got the estimate for Comcast to run cable to the house that we are buying, it's 5,500 dollars....She is way beyond upset right now...

Got another call from my son, the check engine light came on in his car, so off I go, swap vehicles with him and I just spent the last 4 hours in a garage up here for the mechanic to come out and tell me that sorry, we missed this sensor the last time you brought it in for them to look at; I said which time? This is the third time for the very same thing....

Ugggggh, I quit drinking why?????? I need an Ice cream (2 scoops)!!!!!

Sorry for my rant, I'm just a little frustrated at the moment and no ones here at home for me to rant too!!!!!

Sorry to hear about all the things going on. I hope the night is going better.

Morning everyone! I am back in Scotland since Friday. The journey was long and exhausting so I am glad I had couple of days to get back on track. Lectures start tomorrow. This academic year is going to be the most important by all means so far so I will see how it goes.

Good Morning MMC !

it is still raining, but according to the weather map it should stop by the time our walk for Autism starts. As many of you know my son has aspergers which is a form of autism. This is a great fund raiser for them. We do not have the number of pledges we would have liked, some how missed hearing about this so did not start getting pledges until Friday. But we did the best we could in a short time and will go and enjoy this wet day with other families who deal with this too.

Our unspeakably good weather is hanging with us. Really pleasant.
Could continue for a while. (I hope).
We have begun Weekend Part II at 65 degrees here in the capital city.

Good Morning, MMC!!! It's going to be another warm day here with a high in the mid 80's. The storms that were supposed to happen last night kind of fail apart before they got here. So all we got was some much needed rain. Not many plans for today, just football and racing. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!
