Quick prayer request ~ My Mom #2 (my best friends mom) is in surgery right now for a total knee replacement ~ she is 81 years old & very active...sure hope everything goes VERY well for her! xx Thanks! :smile:

Praying that all goes well and she has a speedy recovery.

Update: Kim's grandmother is making some progress. She was sitting up yesterday, eating, and talking to the doctors and her family. They are running some tests on her today and will probably be moving her to Ottawa today or tomorrow. We suspect she will only be here for a week!

Once again, thank you to everyone for all your help!

Bless her heart, I hope she continues to improve!

Hey everyone! Hope everyone is keeping warm today... It is about 30F and sunny; warmer than a lot of places right now in the deep south! That is crazy I sure hope things moderate before Thanksgiving. It seems like every year I am left biting my nails hoping I or my family get to where we are suppose to be at thanksgiving this year looks to be no different, there could be a ice storm for salt lake city on the Tuesday or weds before, its' just really too early to tell. Keeping my fingers crossed though. Well have a good rest of your workday everyone, I am about to make an early lunch for the kids so I can get them down for a nap while I get ready for my work! ttyl!

Hey there. All good over here...just the weather is way too warm for this time of the year....around 10 degrees everyday....it´s supposed to be around 5 highest around NOvember....I hope our Winter will more of Winter tho than last year...it was 15 degrees celsius on Christmas....not funny...it was colder on Easter Day this year than Christmas last year....lol
