Good afternoon, everyone!

I disappeared for a few days. Sorry about that! I am back now. Ready to travel for the next two weeks with you! I'm hoping that there won't be a break, but we shall see. I'm heading to Buffalo on Saturday morning. I'll be back Sunday evening, though!

Not much is new on my end. My brother, however, informed me yesterday that his wife has cancer. She's only 32. I believe it is breast cancer. Her mom passed away at the age of 38 due to ovarian cancer, so the disease runs in her family. Please send positivities their way. She's a fighter. I will have more information on Tuesday. Cass meets with her doctor to figure out how to attack everything then. Thanks in advance for all your help!

I am teaching today and tomorrow. It's been a quiet week otherwise. Hope you're all doing great! The 'Pines seemed to be really popular last night. How can we top that with only two weeks remaining before Christmas?!

Merry Thursday all! Hope you are all doing well. Things are busy here and we are experiencing a weatherbomb as the forecasters call it with thundersnow in some parts. Hail, sleet, heavy rain with 80-90mph winds. No fluffy snow in my area , just sleet and hail.

I manage to get some cards posted but with the weather conditions I missed the last posting dates Grrrrrrr

My eldest had his Christmas show at school this afternoon. It was great. I can't believe it has come and gone. Everything is moving so fast. I still have things to do and prepare but I am enjoying it all the same. it wouldn't be Christmas without a little hustle and bustle.

Anyway I really hope you all are keeping well. I hope I can catch up with you all at some point.

Another day done, 9 more working days until Christmas vacation!!!

Just watched the Bruins lose a close one to the Blackhawks.

It has been snowing all day here, and we have less than an inch of snow on the ground to show for it. It looks so pretty sticking to the trees, now just give us a few inches on the ground for Christmas then we will be all set.

I wanted to get the trees finished tonight but no one else wanted to, so still not done. We are in a real funk this year. Maybe tomorrow?
