Christmas Countdown - 2015

Just saw that we are 6 inches below normal as far as snowfall goes this year and 21 inches behind last year. It just breaks my heart I tell you. LOL!!!!

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's another yucky day, wet in the mid-50's all day. But it's supposed to be sunny and mid-60's this weekend, so WOOP-WOOP!

We went back to the furniture store last weekend. I couldn't talk Nancy into the super-cool sofa, but I did get he moderately-cool sofa, and a cool loveseat. That's the art of compromise, right?

The church youth group did the entire service last Sunday, and it was great! Elizabeth sang while Jacob played guitar, and they stole the show. I'm very proud of their talents!

Good Morning, MMC!!!!! It's going to be a cold day here with a high of 18 degree's. Then back below zero tonight. Boo!!!! I shouldn't complain to much though after seeing Snowflakes temp this morning. LOL!!! Not a whole lot going on here today. I bought 20 pounds of chicken the other day at the store since they had it really cheap. So I need to break that all down and put it in the freezer. I may run to the store too just to get out and walk some. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!

Must have been the week for chicken to be on sale. I picked up a bunch of chicken breast to freeze & also a 10 lb bag of leg quarters, which I dropped off at Mom & Dads - Dad is going to brine & smoke them for us! :smile: Have a great Tuesday made. Stay warm!!!

Good Morning, MMC!!!!! It's going to be a cold day here with a high of 18 degree's. Then back below zero tonight. Boo!!!! I shouldn't complain to much though after seeing Snowflakes temp this morning. LOL!!! Not a whole lot going on here today. I bought 20 pounds of chicken the other day at the store since they had it really cheap. So I need to break that all down and put it in the freezer. I may run to the store too just to get out and walk some. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!

Snowflakes temps are scary! That is a lot of chicken!!! lol Guess you know what you'll be having for the next couple of weeks Enjoy the walk in the fresh air and have a lovely day!

Walked into work and sprained my ankle. . Wow did that ever hurt ! Have to stay completely off it for three days

Our back yard neighbor has a big smoker in his building - he turned an old refrigerator into a smoker. It always smells wonderful in our back yard. (he smokes things a lot!) I can really smell it in Gracies fur after she has been outside when he's smoking something. Mmmmm! Lol!

We have also been issued with a cold warning ..as well as ice...and severe gales ....and well just about everything really! LOL! Ahh well we will get through it won't we guys! Then we can move on to complaining about the heat in the summer
