Good morning!
Happy Thursday!
It is going to be a beautiful day, mostly sunny, less humid with a high of 83 degrees. I plan on spending some time outside and enjoying the weather. I need to run a couple of errands first. I also have some cleaning to do. I'm holding off on the laundry because my dryer isn't working right. I'm hoping my husband can figure it out and fix it today. The laundry piles up fast in my house!

Welcome! Thanks for asking - it's next Friday, which works out well actually, because I'll have the weekend off with her and I can watch her more closely. She sometimes likes to be petted really deeply and when I was doing that with her last night, I was checking one of spots last night she's had for a while, it seemed to really be bothering her too - it's on the opposite side of her abdomen. I told DH whenever he takes her up there that morning (I'll still be at work), he needs to make sure the vet checks her really well, to make sure there are no more that he thinks he needs to remove, while he has her under.

I had never heard of diapers & dinners either. I had to read the invitation twice. LOL! My sisters said the same thing!
I'm sure Jim will have a good time. They are fishing tomorrow & again on Saturday & they are staying at a casino resort. $$
I'm looking forward to a weekend with my girl. And I found out last weekend that it's "Girls weekend" at the lake too. Several of the other husbands are not coming up either. Should be fun!

Good Morning, MMC!!!!!! It's a rainy morning here in Central Indy but it's not a heavy rain so I don't mind. We should top out in the upper 70's later today. The other 3 days that they were showing in the 70's at the beginning of the week are now back to the mid 80's. Boo!!!!! I was looking forward to giving my A/C a break. Not to much on my agenda for today. Just need to head to the grocery store here in a bit. I may run to walmart too while I'm out. I don't really need anything from there but I could use the walking. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!

No, they shouldn't. I am always worried that she'll get into trouble because of the way she acts around loose, bigger breeds. She can be very nervous. I think a lot of it is trying to protect me. Bless her big heart.

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

I got most of the yard cut yesterday, along with all the string trimming, so just an hour on the mower today...if I can fight the gnats, heat and humidity for that long!

Nancy has become obsessed with The Walking Dead, so I'm re-watching it EVERY DAY. I like TWD, but that's too much at one time! She gave me lots of grief for watching it through the years. She claimed it was so disgusting with all the blood & death. Now, she watches it every evening LOL!

Our grandsons went to see the Texas Rangers game last night with their basketball team. We were worried about them being in that heat since they arrived there at the hottest part of the day, around 5 pm, it was over 100 degrees at that time. It was 95 degrees at 10 pm last night! They are here now and said they had fun and managed to stay cool! Was glad to hear that! Rangers won too! Yay!

Good morning MMC! Happy Friday Eve!!! We have a cloudy morning with a high predicted of 72º! Hopefully the rain stays away! We sure don't need it right now!
Last night we grilled steaks outside & had corn on the cob - ate on the patio & enjoyed part of a growler from our local brew barn! It was nice! I started making lasagna for my 2 nieces baby showers this weekend. They are both expecting their 3rd child so our niece is hosting a "diapers & dinners" baby shower. We are supposed to bring either a pack of diapers or a frozen dinner they can heat up quickly. But of course us aunts are brining both. Lol! After work I'll simmer the sauce & cook the noodles, put them together & get them in the freezer!
My hubby left a little before 8:00 this morning for a salmon fishing trip in Michigan. He was pretty excited. Gracie was not too thrilled about him leaving her. Ha ha! I think he's going to miss Gracie more than his me! (that's ok!) Gracie & I will head to the lake for "girls weekend"!
