Good morning snowflake! These are about how I feel this morning-a mix of "Okay, let's do this!" and "I could use another two hours of sleep!" Have a great one!
Good morning, MMC. Mondays after holidays are the most difficult...didn't want to get up at all, don't have food packed because we got back at 7 last night, and overall just am not ready for today! Hoping it goes well even though there are some difficult things happening at work that need attending.
Good news is it won't last forever, and before I know it, tomorrow will be here. I hope you all have a wonderful day and enjoy the last Monday of October! This week ends in November. So not ready yet! Cheers!

An extra hour to watch Halloween shows for some of us...others an extra hour of sleep

I hope everyone had a good weekend. I've not had time to catch up with the posts.
The kids are on mid term break and I have this weekend off. It's going to be a great Halloween themed week and what scarier than the dentist this afternoon to kick things off Eeek!
My youngest along with Mr. Festive and I have all got a cold. I am so sick of being sickLast week I thought it was finally gone for good.
So much to look forward to this week. I know that everyone is excited! Have a spooky week!

Good Monday Morning MMC! It's currently 41 degrees with clear skies. We are expecting a forecast high temperature of 58 degrees with mostly sunny skies. A nice late October weather day.
Speaking of how is it the last week of October? How is Halloween SATURDAY? How is November SUNDAY? Geez. It really is upon us. Before you know it we will be in the Christmas season. This week we have extra stuff to look forward to of course with as I mentioned Halloween/November hitting us and also an extra hour on the weekend to sleep...watch Halloween shows...eat extra Halloween candy...it's gonna be so awesome.
Ahh but first Monday...no biggie it's just a Monday. Not like we haven't done this a million times before. Have a good Monday everyone. Talk to you guys later!

Back in the saddle and full of appreciation for our own Edge and Brent, the Totally Terrific Tandem, Tag-Team Troubadores.
Nice job with the count, my friends!
And speaking of the count, I'm afraid to look.......but I will anyway:
Days to Halloween: 5 (Can that number really be right??)
Days to the Season: 18 (Barely over 2 1/2 Weeks remain!)
Days to Christmas Day: 60 (UNDER TWO MONTHS!)
(Wow. Just step away for a couple of days, and things really get away from you!)
Great weather at the coast, and the cottage is all winterized/shut down for the season. It should continue cool-moderately warm here for the next few days.

It truly is upon us. Christmas is blossoming everywhere and the whole world is catching up with us
I don't know how we got to the last week in October! It makes me realise how fast november will go too! I am so glad to be off on Sunday to welcome November by watching christmas movies for the first time this season!Hope you have an easy and pleasant Monday.
