Happy Friday Eve Friends! Nothing too exciting going on here today just working. I am hoping to head to the gym this afternoon. On Saturday I am going shopping with a friend to the outlets and out to lunch. I am hoping to finish up my shopping for my oldest daughter.

Good morning, everyone!

I'm at Russell today. I was here yesterday and Tuesday, but super busy on both dates. I am back again tomorrow, too. I hope your Christmas Seasons have been going swimmingly.

Not much to update here. The weather has been a little above seasonal. We're suppose to get some mixed precipitation sometime today. I am sure that it will not be too pleasant for driving. Luckily, it is suppose to stop later this evening. I'm actually at school until about 10pm today. The students are having their "Winter Wonderland" Oscars celebration. They asked me to chaperone last week. I like seeing them have a good time, so I agreed. The only real downfall is that I will miss most of the Packers game. As of right now, however, they don't really deserve to have me watch their games... It's been a while since I've said that.

Well, I should prepare for my first class. I'm in the Art room all day. Although I am awful at art, I like it in here.

Keep enjoying the Christmas Season, everyone! It's hard to believe that we're already three weeks into our favourite time of the year. At least December is just getting started!!

Time is going ridiculously fast!!! This weekend will be a busy one full of Christmas things for me too - so it will fly again!! Ah well - means we are having fun, right? Have a good Friday Eve!

Thanks. It's an '08 F-150. I've never had any trouble with it, so I guess it's my turn LOL.


I talked with Jim, and knew exactly what it was. It's in the transmission, so I'm trying to get it to his shop right now. Fingers crossed on the cost!

Ahh yeah everyone has car trouble eventually. Let us know how it turns out!

Yeah it is. I paid it off in 3 years (even though I took a 5 year loan out). The car is only 3 years old so I feel like it's still pretty new. They said I could take off full coverage on my insurance now if I want to but I don't think I trust doing that for a few years still since the car is still relatively new.

I have kept mine on, as well. When you take it off, that's when something happens.

Gracie is definitely one of us! And she is a smart cookie to unwrap a candy cane. I have trouble unwrapping those things!

That garland sounds charming. Do you have a picture?

The mug is down to four candy canes, but the traffic almost made me late today so I couldn't stop to buy more on the way to work. Maybe I can sneak out for a few minutes later to the nearby Walgreen's for another box. I'd like to keep the mug "magically" replenished during the season.

my mug is down to only 6 and I need to get more too, hopefully I can find some when I go out to the store in a bit to pick up icecream for my eldest who is at work and wants some before the sales ends today. But I like the magically replenished way better !

Love Light Tree ceremony last night at Mayo Health here in Eau Claire. We had a white light in memory of my mother who passed this past June. It was a very nice service with the local high school Madrigal Singers.

what a lovely thing to do in memory of your mom. We have a remembrance book at our local mall that I put dads name in every Christmas. Love the pictures.

I like typical days sometimes, that is what keeps us going and makes the special days more special. Looking forward to seeing the pictures of the tree.
