Good Morning, MMC! I hope that each of you are well this Monday Morning. I'm exhausted! My sleep schedule got off this past week, so waking up for work feels awful! I'm working from home today, so that's good, but I'm still so very sleepy. We'll get back on track eventually--hopefully starting tomorrow!

Hope everyone has a very merry day today! A radio station around here is still playing Christmas music, so I'm enjoying that! Have a festive day and a wonderful start to your week!
Enjoy the Christmas music!! That's a nice way to start your Monday! :)

I am back today too, also glad for a short week. Hope your day goes well !
Thank you, CS~
Hope your day goes well, too! :)
Stay safe on your commute.
It sounds like the way home this evening, and tomorrow morning especially will be tricky.

Merry Christmas all,

Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and it was everything you wanted and more!
May the magic continue as we countdown to next Christmas together.

I tried coming here on Christmas Eve and Christmas day but unfortunately I kept getting an error message and didn't have the time to persevere. Mr Festive and I fell ill on Christmas Eve with a bit of stomach flu so it wasn't ideal but we managed to have a good Christmas. You were all in my thoughts.

We are keeping Christmas going till New Year's Day and trying not to feel down about it being over or well ... almost over.

Christmas just seemed to happen so suddenly this year. I blinked and it was here! :D :D

At work they have already taken down most of the Christmas decorations :( I remember telling you guys about them going up!!

Well for all returning to work today after the christmas break, I hope it is not to tough. (((((Hugs))))

xx

we had flu here leading up to Christmas, it is no fun to have.Glad you were able to at least enjoy the day.
This site always gets very busy on Christmas day, took me several tries to log on.
I am hoping they still have decorations up at work, last year they left them up till new years.

Good Morning MMC !!

Looked at weather radar, all I can say is yikes ! That does not look good. I am thankful I at least work in town now. Do not have to be at work till 1pm and storm should be here by then. At least I have good snow tires on the van.
Hopping all in the path of this keep safe and warm.

Like you DYHWIH, I am tired, but mine comes from my nose in a good book instead of going to sleep. LOL

Hope you all have a fantastic day !

A good book to read is the best!
Have a wonderful day, CS~
Drive safe.

Congrats to your Bengals!

It is kind of sad that Christmas goes so quickly, after all the build up and preparations we do. I was just talking to my friend about that yesterday.

We are blessed to keep it in our hearts throughout the year!

Enjoy your time off =]
But that's why we have the countdown to the Season as I think Crown has stated before. Because we really enjoy almost as much, if not just as much, the build up and preparations as we do the actual dynamic duo days themselves (Xmas Eve & Day). But still those 2 days are the best I'd have to say after having the honor of experiencing them again this year.

Good Monday Morning MMC! Back to work for me for 2 days. I haven't had a week this short all year so I'm happy about it. I really have not had hardly any PCB's hit. Maybe it's because most of us still have extra days off coming. Maybe next Monday it will hit us? But I hope not. I think the new countdown will inspire us. I've got 2 busy days here before I can enjoy my 5 days off. I really want to be able to do nothing at some point during those days. I feel like weekends are too short to have a lot of time to do nothing. We may get some icy weather Tuesday morning but I'm hoping the worst of it stays north of us. I am hoping the ground being so warm that even though it's turned colder that the roads won't be as icy as they normally would from a storm.
Have a great Monday everyone and keep those PCB's AWAY! :)

I know, and that's why I've been here everyday since I joined :)
It helps get through the year, with a smile each day, counting down with amazing people to the most wondrous season!

Good Morning Everyone!!! Hubby had to go back to work today, the kids are in their rooms enjoying their new TVs and I am enjoying a peaceful house while drinking my coffee. After temps being in the 60s and 70s last week they will be in the 40s and 50s this week. They are calling for a LOT of rain for us tomorrow but thankfully no ice. I think I will get my grocery shopping done later today and maybe make a big pot of soup for tomorrow. While I am out I sill see what other Christmas decorations I can get for next year. The bad part of our old house was that we lived very very close to the river and the wind that came off the river did damage to some of our decorations, especially to the inflatables. In the last couple days we did pick up 3 new ones for next year :) We are already talking ideas of how we want to decorate the house next year.

With all this bad weather .... I hope everyone stays safe, warm and dry.

Good Morning, Minta!
Merry Monday~
Enjoy the quiet, while drinking your coffee. That sounds perfect.
Hope you stay warm and dry today, too :)
Have a wonderful day!

Like everyone else, I got the feeling that Christmas came suddenly and was over quickly. But it was a good one.

Back at work today and tomorrow---then another 5-day "weekend"! But it will be the last for a l-o-n-g time. Starting next week it'll be 5-day workweeks for several months (except for holidays when the office closes).

But I'm looking forward to the time off, anyway, to enjoy crocheting and other projects, along with some "sofa time," before getting back into the everyday routine. Hoping for more happy surprises and fewer unhappy ones in 2016.

I heard about tornadoes in the Dallas area. Has anyone heard from CAH and SIT?

We're expecting a wintry mix from late tonight into tomorrow morning. I'm hoping it won't affect the roads too badly, as I have to come in to work. We haven't had a hard freeze yet, so I'm hoping that will keep it from getting too treacherous.

CS I hope you have safe travels today! Hard to believe you have snow when it was 74 degrees here on the East Coast yesterday...take care and rest up tonight! Boy do I love a good book, too...

The crocheting and short work week sound wonderful, Merry! I hope you stay safe in the weather, and that you have a wonderful Monday!

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

No PCBs here. If I'm not mistaken, the 12 Day of Christmas actually start on Christmas Day, so we still have Christmas happening!

I'm only working one day this week, then I'm off till next Monday. Sweet!

Just a few more days left in the Mayor's chair. It's weird, but it's ok.

I hope y'all have a great day! :D
