Christmas Countdown - 2015

Good Saturday Morning everyone, I'm off to my usual Saturday/ weekend routines so far today. Can't you hear the sound of that whip being cracked... the wife has got a list..... LOL!!!

I've already spackled 10 old nail holes, so Lisa can get ready to paint those walls, I repaired and hung that mirror, that the support wire broke on me last week when I was in the process of hanging it. I have also removed a toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms, I'm spackling those holes as well. the toilet paper holder, that gets 86'd, we are going with one of those types that sits on the floor.... I took down a blind that broke and have contacted the manufacturer to check on if the blind is covered under a lifetime warranty. Next, I guess, I'm going to head down into the basement to do some framing and some odds and ends.

That's ok, I like to do stuff like this...

Tonight we are heading down to Lisa's parents house, we are going to make them dinner (Crab Cakes and Shrimp), for their 45th wedding anniversary and also Lisa's grandfathers 92nd Birthday....

I hope to get back here later, but, no promise, going to be busy, busy, busy.... But, I will try my best to do so.

Good Saturday morning, my Christmas friends!

We had a hard frost this morning, but it's clear and beautiful! I put on some sweats and walked around the block, and loved every minute of it. The I sat on the front porch and shook my finger at the few speeders that went by...LOL. Love that!

We're taking Elizabeth to ballet practice this morning, then I hope to put in some work on the Camaro.

Jacob said he had already decided to tryout for the sporting clays team at school, so I better start gearing up for that.

It's pretty nice out there!!! I actually had the window down on the car on my back from walmart!!!

The one guy I really liked at Harbor Freight is gone. Boo!! I'm surprised he lasted as long as he did though. I know the one day I was there, he messed up and only rang up the top half of a $400 tool box and not the bottom half. So the guy only paid like $150 for it.

I just bought some more emergency whistles for my niece's girl scout troop.

Glorious Saturday morning

I am just making breakfast. I have some sausages from a local farmer that I can't wait to try.

Isaac is better now thank goodness. Mr festive is still struggling and I am fighting this bug of as best as I can. I am thankful I have not come down with it fully.

Work tomorrow so just enjoying an easy day with no plans.

we have had some gorgeous winter days this past week. Crisp with bright skies but downright freezing!!! Today is the first morning everything isn't frosted over!

Good Morning, MMC!!!!! It's going to be a beautiful day here with a high near 50 this afternoon!!!! Woohoo!!!!! Not to much going on here today. I need to run to the grocery since I never made it earlier int he week. I'm sure it will be packed today since it's going to be so nice.
