Good evening,
Finally caught up at work today, first time all week! People are buying corned beef like it is going out of style. I bought mine today too! I can't wait to make it on Tuesday, I love me some corned beef.
I was fine today, more worried about a couple of friends at work. One is pregnant and had to leave in emergency. She is having a rough pregnancy, and now has been told to be on bed rest and is very nervous about losing the baby. Another, her father is terminal and he has very little time left, she got a call today that they have to start making plans. It is hard to focus on your own sorrows when a few friends are hurting so dearly right in front of you. Please, if you may say a kind word or prayer for them both I am sure they would greatly appreciate that.
I have to go in at 6 tomorrow morning to cover for one of them, so I need to get to bed a little earlier than normal tonight.
I hope you all had a good day.

I just won a "Dale Doback Ugly Christmas Sweater" If anyone is a fan of the movie "Stepbrothers" you'll recognize the name is the name of John C. Rielly's character. I love ugly Xmas sweaters so this will be great with my Christmas shirt collection.

Tonight my son is having a sleepover to celebrate his. Including him there's four stinky boys in this house. Pray for Ryan!

Sounds like a lot of fun..... Mine have gotten to an age, where that sleepovers are a thing of the past. Enjoy it while it lasts my friend, before you know it, they will be wanting to borrow the keys to the truck...

OH YEA!!! I'm totally loving the countdown thing....When it's put like that, it doesn't seem too long now, after all!!! Ya-Hooooooo.......
Good something or another to you all, (could be morning to some and or good evening to others...) lol!!!
Well, another weird shift all done and over with, put that one in the books. They had me scheduled to do this work with-in four days, well, I got it all done in two... So, I will be gladly, switching myself back around again, starting tomorrow. I'll be tired for sure, but at least I get the opportunity to do this on a weekend, instead of in the middle of a work week....
Driving home tonight from work, it was pouring down rain, and as I got closer and closer to home, I kept on watching the temperature going lower and lower. Got to the house and it said 36 degrees, when I left Baltimore, it said it was 44 degrees there. I was starting to think to myself as I was driving, is this stuff going to start changing over to a frozen type of precipitation?
Well, moot point now, I'm home, showered and got my pj's on... Just waiting now for the brain to turn -off and go nite-nite for about 6 or so hours....
Well good night one and all. I am going to surf around for a little while and then hopefully, get some sleep~:hello:
