New thread - new year - calls for a song!!!

I've Got the Christmas Fever - a little song I made up in the shower - to the well known tune - Fever (You Give Me Fever)

Never knew how much I loved Christmas
Never knew how much others cared
When I put my lights around the tree
I get a fever that's not easily compared.

I've got the Christmas fever.

Fever when I hear a Christmas tune
Fever sipping eggnog in the morning
Fever reading Christmas books in the afternoon.

My eyes light up when Santa at the mall calls my name

Hey gang! Had every intention of coming here to bring in the New Year. I saw one of us post Happy New Year on Facebook and remembered that we celebrate the Eastern Time Zone here....darn.

Low key night here! Couple of movies and crockpot lasagna for us. Doc and Bambina are already in bed. I'm going to do some work and head to bed in about an hour or so.

Shopping tomorrow. Dillards has some huge bargains tomorrow, so I usually buy enough clothes to last me through the year (or until the next size is needed). As for New Years Resolutions....I plan on eating as much as I possibly can.

I've tried it the other way for years with no success, so maybe a little reverse psychology will work on Father Time.
