Good afternoon,

I hope all is well today, I am sitting and relaxing watching King Ralph now. I did run out and do a few things, one of which was I went to Kmart. They had their remaining Christmas stuff marked down 90% off, I picked up a "Believe" ornament, a box of glass ornaments, 54ft of Pine garland, a 16in. wreath with white lights, and a light up bow for the door. I paid a whopping $7.26 for all of that. I love after Christmas sales, I am going to hate seeing all of it go away.
I am fatigued after walking around, this is going to be tough to adjust tomorrow.

Well mom's 3 month trend holds true. Back at the ER with drooping face, numbness, and total right side weakness. I can answer the nurses questions before they even ask them.

They have mom back for the MRI right now. I'm 99% certain it will be clear and that we are just dealing with another TIA. I made her come though because she was complaining of her tongue being numb which doesn't usually happen with the weaker ones.

There has been rumors of the Penguins vs the Flyers at the Penn State football stadium is coming one of these years.

DH and I have heard that. That would be totally awesome and we would have to go! Penn State is practically in our backyard!

Whew!!!! That was one long afternoon!!!! My sister fell on the ice at work this morning and hurt her back. She has a pretty nasty bruise were she caught part of the bumper of her car. So I ended up staying an extra 3 hours after the counselor left to help watch the girls while she laid down. Wore out and starving now!!!!

Ouch! Sorry to hear about your sister! Hope she is starting to feel better!

Out of all of our furkids, Alex is the one who has become closest to me. He was sitting next to me the night the Bruins won the Stanley Cup in 2011, he talks to me all the time and greets me every morning.

Good evening everyone. Well another day flew by. Back to work tomorrow, I really need to turn in and try to get some sleep. The veterinarian finally called to let me know the kitty is perfectly healthy. I'm so relieved. Can you believe we still didn't choose a name, for her, lol. There was lots of hissing and growling going on today. Always a big adjustment when a new furbaby comes along. I have to keep them separated when I'm not home and when I go to sleep at night, just to be safe. I can't wait until they get use to each other. Anyway, I just wanted to share a couple of pictures. She's doing well and seems happy. Her nose was a bit scratched up when my husband found her, I'm sure that will heal soon. She's incredibly sweet! I hope everyone is well, sending get well wishes to all who need them. Goodnight!

Thanks Snowflake. She's so sweet. Her nose is pretty beat up, I hope it heals quickly. I'm so glad she's safe and sound now.

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

Nancy stayed with her mother last night at the rehab place. I don't think Mrs. Hilda is resting very well at night, her days and nights got mixed up at the hospital. The hospital nurses were in and out every couple hours, so she got in the habit of cat-napping. It's tough to get back into the sleeping-all-night routine, and I think she gets lonely & anxious when she realizes she's alone at night. Oh well.

It's a beautiful day again, sunny and expecting a high in the upper 60's!

Good morning MMC! Happy Tuesday! This morning we had some drizzly rain - our road was a little slick, but main roads are fine. Now it's warming up nicely & the rain has stopped. Tomorrow it drops back down to the 30's for a high, so we better enjoy today!

My Dad was supposed to smoke chicken quarters for us tonight, but Mom called & said he fell this morning. I guess his knee has been giving out on him. He has a doc appt. this afternoon, so hopefully they can figure something out for him. Poor guy! Hate that!

Good Morning MMC !!!
Found out on the news this morning that Toronto city hall is just now taking down their 50' Christmas tree. Had I known it was still up would have gone over to take a picture when I dropped mom at the airport.

I am trying not to be stressed about my ankle, to independent I think is the problem. Go to work tomorrow afternoon for 4 hours, will see how it goes.

LittleCS is here now to help out and we are watching Dolphin Tale 2.

Will relax as much as possible today.
