Good morning. Just took a couple of cold pills, hoping they make me feel better before I have to leave for work. I don't have anything planned for this afternoon, I'll just be home working on daily chores. Maybe I'll find some time to relax, we'll see.

Thank you Isaac just woke up and he has definitely improved since yesterday. He is in a lot better spirits.

Hope you all have a great weekend. I am looking forward to Superbowl weekend! I am not in work and Mr has Monday off. Have fun spending time together and catching up on some rest!

Good Morning, MMC!!!!! It's going to be a weird day here with temps shooting up into the 40's by lunch time then plummeting into the upper 20's by late afternoon with some rain and snow moving in too. I have a few errands to run so I think I better get them done this morning. Then I can work on some stuff around the apartment later today. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope you brought out the shorts and flip flops for those 40* temps. cheesy

LOL..I think I'm the crock pot queen. I have the snack size, 1 1/2 qt, a 3 qt, a 3 1/2 qt, 2 - 6 quarts, (one is a travel crockpot w/ locking lid) & a round one that has 3 small'ish crock pots in it - like you could make 3 different types of soup, or dips etc. I have another 3 qt that the crock broke. :-? PLUS at the lake I have a snack size and a 3 qt. Anyone need to borrow a crock pot? cheesy

Did you ever get the PCB's? I know they tend to hit you each year so I hope it wasn't that bad this year.

I did get hit with the PCB's after New Year's, but they went away after I got the flu. I think I would rather have the PCB's.

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

Another busy day here at work, but I like it like that.

Not much to report from last night. I watched "Insidious 2"...by myself...in the dark. Eeek! I love those scary ghost-type movies.

I think Lulu might be getting a bladder infection, bless her heart. I'll have to watch her a little more closely.

Good morning mmc! I had bad allergies last night (stuffed head)so I took some Benadryl and I can barely hold my eyes open today, and I really can't be like that with a 2 and 3 year old running wild this morning. It's a rather warm 38F here today suppose to get up into the upper 40's, with rain coming in a little later on. I just popped some buttermilk biscuits into the oven(Pillsbury) hehe I wish I could make buttermilk biscuits from scratch! Hope everyone is having a great Thursday morning!

I hope your allergies are doing better, I remember the days when I wasn't feeling well with toddlers running around. Those were some of the toughest days.

Happy Thursday!

Back in the office after a longer-than-usual commute---got stuck behind an accident. Roads are nearly clear, but people just won't drive carefully!

COLD---it was -1F when I left this morning. There's talk of a bit of snow tomorrow, and a possible larger storm Sunday night. I'll be keeping my eye on that one. The radio is advising people to get the snow off their roof before more snow or rain comes along to add to the weight of the snow already there. I have a snow rake but I haven't used it before---I'd better figure that out pretty quick! I rescheduled an appointment from last Tuesday morning (the day of the blizzard) to next Monday morning, so I hope I don't have to reschedule again!

It's amazing how bad people drive when they should be more careful. They just don't seem to care about other people.

Good afternoon buddies! I just got into work and today I am having post Christmas blues for really the first time this season! This year me and brandi were working so hard by the time we got off for the holidays it seemed they were almost already over. That has made me vow here and now that from October 1st through jan 2nd, to stop everyday for an hour and just listen to some Holiday music,(in october maybe some Halloween music) I count Halloween as one of our favorite holidays too, it's like the kickoff of the season! And now I have little ones it's really fun towatch them enjoy it!
I looked at the national forecast for weather and we are in a mini spring period..no snow,it's so depressing! There is more snow forecast for the mid-atlantic region than the mountains of Utah...it's crazy I tell ya! we are having highs in the mid 50
s lows around 35F...mother nature does what she wants, my wife thinks its hilarious I try to argue with mother nature like I have a chance to dictate what the weather should or should not do! I guess it is funny.
Well I hope everyone has a great evening I will try to hang out here as much as I can! TTYL!

I saw a post earlier about the PCB's. I thought that I was ok and that I was not going to get hit with them this year. Mannnn, they showed up today, and they ended up, really biting me hard in the backsides today.... I feel like Eyeore at the moment, "someone stepped on my tail today......"

I don't know, maybe it was brought on because I thought it was Friday when I woke up and when I got to work, I was told it was Thursday instead... Totally bummed me out!!!! Tried to Listen to Christmas music at work but I was being constantly interrupted, all day long. I need a major snow, a hug and a cup of Hot chocolate (with miniature marshmallows)....

Hopefully a good nights rest and with tomorrow being Friday for real will make me feel better....

We are here for you. Sometimes those PCB's bite hard.
