Good Morning, Folks.

A new week and fresh count numbers to start our march past Milestone number 4 and on towards number 5.
(More about that presently.)

First, we have the new figures to launch the week:
Days to the Season: 242
Days to Christmas Day: 284

Now about Milestone number five.
(I'll warn you -- it's closer than you might think!)
Skip ahead to the weather report if you don't want to know yet.

If you are still reading, then be advised our next marker is the 1/4 Christmas Day point and it's just TEN days away!
That's right - March 26.
Don't miss it!


OK. The weather.
It was nice and warm here yesterday and our high surpassed 70.
No rain fell although it still seemed a bit dampish from Saturday's precipitation.
Today should be clear and dry and it has started off at 47 degrees here in the capital city.

Good Morning! I decided to go in late to work this morning, due to..... Can't think of an excuse other than it's Monday!!!!

I'm having my coffee at the moment and watching the weather channel while trying to get myself motivated to go to work. I totally want to just bag it today and stay home, but I know deep down inside that I have plenty to do at the office and it's waiting for me, and the inner work-a-holic is tugging on my shirt collar, reminding me to get a moving...

Good Morning, MMC!!!!!! It's going to be a beautiful day here with a high of 73!!! I'll take it!!! Then back to reality tomorrow with a high in the 40's and some rain. The rest of the week looks pretty decent though. They are saying that we may see winter come roaring back at the end of the month though. Which isn't to surprising. We always seem to have one late march storm. Nothing to great happening here today. Just going to try and enjoy the weather. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

Yesterday turned out to be a beautiful day! We went out the festival where I blew a month's worth of cholesterol cheating points on a sausage dog with peppers & onions, but, boy it was great! We all got sunburned, too.

After we got home, a felt the need to take to cover off of the grill. I guess it was the 80° temperature that did it to me. I went to the store for turkey burgers and vegetables. I cut up the squash, zucchini, potatoes & onions in a tin pan with some olive oil and Season-All. I covered that with tin foil and put it on the top rack of the grill while everything else cooked. Wow, that was good!

Now I'm going home for leftovers!
