It was a rough night, inventory was a disaster. I got out a lot later than I was suppose to. Just glad to be home.

I have my day off tomorrow. I am hoping to get a nice day of resting up.

I have not, sadly. I'm so close to having my work done on my Masters degree. When that happens I'm going to throw a big party and kick back and watch some movies! I've been busy, though.

Good Wednesday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's a gray day, with rain/mist and a breeze...but it's one day closer to Christmas!!:sparkle:

I did some work on my small business after work yesterday, then I went to my brother's shop. We developed a plan of attack to get the Camaro cranked in the next week. We're close!

Of course, I can't drive it yet. It doesn't have tires...or a windshield, or an interior...but that's coming! LOL

Another nice day yesterday with just a touch of coolness.
Had a nice 24th birthday celebration for my older niece who will be starting an accounting job in
Charlotte late this summer. Will be sorry to see her leave but she has an excellent opportunity with
one of the top accounting firms in the country.

Today should continue to be nice with possible rain tonight or tomorrow.
We stand just over 48 degrees here at this hour.


Hope to see you at the 'Pines this evening to learn what our favorite camel has in store for us.
A little wild, possibly.
Maybe a bit crazy.
Even scary, perhaps.
But ALWAYS entertaining!

Of course, I can't drive it yet. It doesn't have tires...or a windshield, or an interior...but that's coming! LOL

We have a few inches of snow on the ground, and more on the way. The roads seem slippery, and I can hear sirens on the highway,. Going to be a fun commute.

Good morning early birds! I get to slow down this morning just a tad and not rush off to the office first thing this morning. On my way in to work in about an hour from now, I have to stop by a clients office and have a meeting with them at 7.

Well, it does give me a little time to relax, and drink a cup of coffee and say good morning to everyone here.

Thanks! Gracie's apt went very well. My hubby was there for 45 minutes talking to the vet ~ Jim has never been there before & he knows her brother pretty well, so they had a lot to talk about. :lol: And dinner was delicious. I had to get her lasagna recipe. Very yummy!

Night of Terror (1933). It was a whodunit, and it had us fooled. Lugosi was a mysterious Eastern servant (i.e., turban and accent) in a household beset by a string of murders. Currently we're watching him in the serial "Chandu the Magician." Not used to seeing him as a benign, kindly good guy!

We got just under 4 inches of the heavy, wet stuff. Still freezing drizzle right now, and cold! Foggy and 28 degrees.

Lugosi as good guy?! That would take a bit getting used to.

I read that he was a nice man but battled substance abuse and mental health issues. I wish he could have gotten the help he needed for healing. His life was kind of sad.

He was a great actor!
