Just getting in from work again; a 15 hour day! It usually takes me about an hour or so to sort of unwind my mind so that I can get some sleep before I have to get up and do it again....

What, do my eyes deceive me; Binger posting this late at night and my goodness Merry is here as well... Wow, I picked a good night to be here with such good company.....

It was so late, I was posting from bed. (Somehow, that sounds naughty.)

Happy Good Friday, MMC!!!! It's going to be a wet one here with temps falling from the 55 that we currently stand at. I need to make my macaroni salad and dreamsicle dessert today. Other than that, not to much going on. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!

A few more days to go in Ham-aggeddon. It seems that everyone is waiting until the last moment to by their hams this year.

LC is seemingly better tonight, the Dr said it is just a bad bug he is suffering from. It looks like he will be going back to school tomorrow. Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers for him.

I did pick up a lot of the Easter goodies for the boys today, tomorrow we will pick up everything we need for Easter dinner.

I will be heading to bed, in a few just winding down after a Bruins exciting win.

Good morning!
Still waiting for my daughter to wake up, hoping her ankle feels better. There's no school today so they're sleeping in. She took quite a spill last night. Her boyfriend lives in a high ranch and the entryway stairs are pretty steep. The home security cameras caught the whole thing, she sent me the video. She's very lucky, it could have been a lot worse. She admitted that she looked down at her cell phone for a second. I'm sure she'll never do that again!
Anyway, not too much going on here today. I'm thinking about going and getting my food shopping over with instead of waiting until tomorrow. I'm sure it will be more crowded tomorrow. I'm a bit headachey this morning so I'll see how I feel in a little while. Just sat down with a cup of tea and cookies. The Girl Scouts came out with a gluten free butter cookie with toffee bits. They're not bad.

Good Morning and Happy Good Friday! Enjoying the first of my 4 day weekend with coffee before the running around starts. Taking the kids out later shopping for clothes and baseball gear. I really don't thinks it's fair how quickly kids outgrow their clothes LOL. Later today will be taking my mom to the grocery store as well.

Got my vanilla beans in the mail so I will be starting another batch of vanilla extract tonight.

Going to spend the next few minutes catching up on some posts .... Have a great day!!!

Good morning, everyone!

I hope you're all enjoying the day off! Happy Good Friday to those who celebrate! It appears that we have quite the miracle in Cornwall today. We are currently at 8c/46f and should reach a high of 13c/55f. A beautiful day is ahead of us! Oh, yes, I am in Cornwall for the weekend. It should be a fun and delicious weekend!

It should be a quiet weekend tonight. Kim and I are staying with her mom, as always. We're going to visit Kim's dad tonight. We will go see her grandparents tomorrow, which is always fun. They're moving to a new home today - for the first time in about 80 years for her grandmother. They need to downsize due to the fact that they are becoming fairly immobile and can no longer use stairs. Even with the drastic change, I am sure that they will be in good spirits!

To top off the weekend, Kim's birthday is on Monday... and she knows that I may not have yet bought her a birthday present... Uh oh! I'll have to sneak out sometime tomorrow for that, I guess!

Well, I think I should have some breakfast soon. I'd like to use this beautiful day and go for a run. I hope everyone has a wonderful Friday!!
