Christmas Countdown - 2015

More trouble … I had to take Mr. to the ER when I got home from work … headaches and dizziness all day. I had to leave about 10 p.m. to come home and take medication for my tooth; they had just done a CAT scan and we're waiting to find out if it's a malfunction in a cranial shunt. If it is, it may require surgery.

I hate to be sounding like the hard-luck kid all the time lately. But every day I feel like I just can't take one more drop of trouble, and yet more comes along. I'm feeling very frightened and very small just now. I don't know how I can handle any more trouble. Please keep praying for us.

Must try to eat something now, as I haven't had any food since lunch at about 12:30.

MC, you and Mr are in my thoughts.

I had some trouble accessing MMC lately
I tried for days, and I got in earlier this morning
Wrote a long post, and poof I was OUT again before I could post it...

Im in my kitchen today, baking cakes.
We are celebrating my girls Birthdays tomorrow.
They have Birthdays April 15th and April27th, and are suddely
16 and 17 years old!! How did that happend?
Im still 23!!???

Good Morning, Weekend Eve Expecters.

Well, how about the unexpected?
Like the fact that we are really starting to close in on our next TWO Milestones.

Days to the Season: 210
Days to Christmas Day: 252

Nine -- that's NINE -- more days to the 1/3 Christmas Day Milestone.
(SINGLE DIGITS!)
And just 10 days until the 200-day Season marker. Single digits to that one too as of tomorrow.
(Really moving, Guys!)


Wet yesterday but no additional rain fell, which was a nice change.
Today will hopefully remain dry as well as Saturday, when we launch forth for Florida.
We are at 60 degrees here, currently.


And thus I leave you in the capable hands of Brent, who will be taking over starting tomorrow morning while I am gone.

We are so sad to day that my brothers wonderful loving dog Charlotte walked over the rainbow bridge today. She was 15 years old.
Charlotte has been suffering from arthritis for several years now, it was getting harder for her to walk. She has not eaten anything for a week before passing away this morning

I am so sorry for his loss, they will be in my thoughts.

Her pregnancy hormones could trigger a serious reaction if I say something stupid. So I will just sit here and read the board.

I do some things to annoy my wife for fun, she is very particular about her travel mugs lid and mug colors matching. I will take the green lid and put it on the pink mug and vice versa, it drives her nuts but I get a chuckle out of it.

I forgot about You Can't Do That on Television, it's so fun to reminisce!

I remember the night that MTV aired for the very first time. We had a party and about 20 of us were all primed and ready to go for it to come on, When it did, thought it was fantastic...

"Video killed the Radio Star...." Buggles - 12:01am August 1st, 1981!!!

I remember cutting classes in middle school with my friends to sneak home and watch MTV, we were so excited. It really was a big deal back then.

I loved coming home after school, making a snack, and watching their countdown!

At work, there's an 80's station we listen to sometimes, and Nina Blackwood & Alan Hunter are DJ's. Brings back memories!
