Oh goodie! The National Weather service, has just issued a Tornado watch for mid and central Maryland, including all of Carroll County, where I live, till 10 pm tonight!!! You gotta be kidding me, we are only in April and Tornadoes....mmmppphhh!!!

I'm doing a work from home thing today, got the bunnies running around in their penned off area of 2/3rds my office at the moment. I had a Endodontist appointment at 1, and they opened up the tooth again and removed the medicine from the roots and then packed it full of a permanent type filling...Next step, is next week I start the process of getting a new crown put on...It's a long drawn out process with lots and lots of needles in your mouth.....

So I worked this morning, went to do the tooth thing, and now I'm back working. I'll most likely just keep on trudging along until supper time, then call it a day at the office...

I'm going to check the posts and also hope that everyone has had a good day so far for a Monday.....

My Mom is just finishing up with her surgery, the surgeon came out & told my Dad that all went well. She even chose to stay awake & watch the whole thing. Brave woman!

Good morning MMC! Happy Monday! I'm going to try to catch up on here, but that's hard to do sometimes on Monday! You chatty weekend peeps! cheesy

We had a nice weekend - just went too fast again. The neighbors were on our patio Friday night - they ended up staying pretty late! We had the patio heater going, it worked well! Saturday was another beautiful day. We went out to the lake. Yesterday we had our nieces bday party. That's about it. Poof, weekend over!

Glad you had a good weekend Holiday! Yea, it did blow by awful quick didn't it! I can't believe that today is Monday already...Man, it's time for this county to go to the 4 tens, so we can all have a three day weekend, every weekend!!!!

Hm, a crown shouldn't be lots and lots of needles. They have to shape the tooth, and you'll have to bite into putty-like stuff so they can mold the crown to fit ... The worst should already be over. I speak from experience. From multiple experiences! I hope it all goes well.

I have my root canal this week. I'm nervous because the dentist I loved and trusted retired, but the endodontist I'm scheduled with has excellent reviews online, so it should be okay. Cross your fingers that they can drill through the existing crown so I don't have to get a new one done.

She was an RN for 40+ years, so that's part of it.
But when I talked to her last night, she said she didn't know if she could handle watching the procedure done to herself, so I really didn't think she would! [emoji112]

Good Morning, MMC!!! It's going to be a hot one here today with a high of 81 degrees!!! Boo!! LOL!!! Today is my niece's birthday. She called me at 7:30 this morning and had to talk for a half hour while on the way to Hardees for breakfast. Then she had to call back and talk on the way to Walgreens and while she walked around the store. She is a little wound up. LOL!! We will be headed out after lunch to do gifts and cake. I have a few other errands to run while out that way too. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!

Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers. Mr. is pretty much back to himself today, so maybe he just had an epic headache instead of a shunt problem. He's been driving himself pretty hard lately looking for work. I told him to take it easy this weekend. Just the same, he has a doctor appointment next week to see if he should get a specialist to check it out. I'll be getting my botched root canal fixed next week, too.



This forum attracts such good people. I wish I could get together with you and thank you in person.

Praying that all goes well for the both of you at your appointments! Keep us updated!

It's funny, but, I haven't even started the crown process yet. They just finished up the root canal process, because after they drilled and got everything out from the inside of it two weeks ago, they had to fill the roots with medicine because of the bad infection I had down into the jaw, and put on a temporary cap. Today they took off the cap, removed the medicine, reamed, the roots out some more and then they filled them all up with whatever concoction, they put in there. I have another temporary cap on the tooth and then next week, I go to the dentist, he removed the old crown and starts the process for the new crown...Yes, it is soooo much fun!!!!
