Good Morning, Holiday!!!!! Sounds like a nice night!!! It's definitely cooler this morning. I had to turn the ceiling fan off this morning when I got up because it was making it pretty chilly in here.

I bet it was chilly with the fan on! :cold: The air is still on at work, but it's not running!! Lol!

Good morning everyone. Feeling pretty lousy today, woke up with a headache on top of being sick. I obviously stayed home from work. I'm supposed to go to a staff meeting later this evening to go over new day care regulations but I doubt I'll go. Hope they don't get mad at me but I'm out of there in four weeks anyway. I need to pick up a few things from Rite Aid but I'm going to ask my daughter to go for me. I plan on doing as little as possible today.

Good morning MMC! It was pretty quiet here last night ~ that made catching up this morning pretty easy! :smile:

It's much cooler here today! And WINDY! We are supposed to have 20-30 mph wind today! My friend & I walked this morning & heading west my ears got COLD - we definitely needed sweatshirts this morning!

Last night was pretty uneventful. I went to the dreaded Walmart! Stopped at the lake to drop some things off & pick some things up...then home to unload. My sister stopped in to drop off some legal paperwork about Moms house (fun, fun) & our neighbors came over to get Gracie all wound up (and worn out!) cheesy All the sudden it was 11pm! I wasn't ready for it to be that time! Lol! Nights go so fast!

I'm right there with ya about the dreaded Walmart thing. The only fun thing about that trip is "Wal-Martian" watching. There are always a few crazy-looking folks in Walmart! :lol:

It's going to be in the low 90's again today. Ugh. I've been pouring the water to Elizabeth's garden due to the heat. It's really looking good!

I'm just doing the regular job-thing today. I'm mostly caught up, which is a rare occurrence. I'm listening to the soundtrack for "The Man of Steel" movie. I'm seldom moved by a movie soundtrack, but this one is so inspirational, to me, anyway.

Good Morning, MMC!!!!!! It's going to be a beautiful day here with a high of 64 and the sun shining bright. WooHoo!!!!! I love it!!!!!! Why can't it stay like this all summer? Unfortunately it's only going to hang around until Thursday and then I will be complaining that I'm melting again. I'm trying to take advantage of the cooler weather this morning and get all of my laundry that I have to dry in the dryer done. Then this afternoon I have to take mom to get more blood work done and then I have to babysit my niece's again while my sister meets with her lawyer. Hopefully just a few more weeks and this whole divorce thing will be over if my BIL doesn't find some other reason to ask for another continuance. I also need to make mom call and see if they got her migraine medicine approved since her head is still bugging her. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!

Good Afternoon, Everyone! My little one is down for her afternoon nap, so I thought I would drop in and do some Christmas reading. This past weekend I went to a huge rummage sale and, of course, there was a nice large selection of Christmas items. I almost walked away with some nice things, but in the end I walked away empty-handed with a heart full of cheer!
I love looking at all that neat stuff. I love trying to imagine whose homes these things were in and the good times people had. Also, how did they decorate their homes? Do they LOVE Christmas like I do? It's fun, like stopping in this forum and seeing what people are up to and sharing holiday excitement.
