Good afternoon MMC! Happy Friday Eve! It was kind of a crazy morning here at work & now I'm just trying to get my list together of things I need to get done tonight or before I head to the lake tomorrow. I'm starting to stress myself out. LOL! Food to make, lawn to mow, router to set up at my in-laws, laundry & packing to do, grocery store trip...AHHHHH! cheesy Ah well - it will get done! Looking forward to a fun weekend at the lake ~ hopefully the rain will leave us alone!!

Anyway - Tomorrow night we are celebrating my friends birthday at the lake. We normally go out for our birthday's on a Thursday night but she asked if we could have hers on a Friday at the lake! Works perfect for me! Saturday morning the guys are pouring our neighbors patio at the lake & then we have a bicycle p oker run out there too - we need to be signed in by noon! Unfortunately "scattered showers" are in our forecast all weekend. Hopefully they are VERY scattered!

Good Morning, MMC!!!! It's going to be a hot and sunny day here with a high of 84 degree's. I'm just trying to hold on until Sunday when a cool front comes through and we have highs in the 70's for a few days. Just the same old things going on here. I have a few errands to run and I will be keeping a close eye on mom. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!

They are a blast! We do this one every year. There are 9 stops - end up being around 18 miles on our bicycles! That will be the longest I have ridden this year ~ but at least there are stops along the way!

Oh ya...that too! We always have water bottles on our bikes! And one of the stops is a drive thru/carryout - everybody orders a water there! :smile: And I'll grab another water at the trailer when I stop to let Miss Gracie out! But you know what happens when you drink all that water...

There's no way for me to catch up on all the posts! I've been so busy the past week, there's was no time to get back here. School's out (PTL!) & DD will be in 5th grade when school starts back in August. Wow.

DH's birthday was yesterday. DD's birthday is next Tuesday & her party is tonight.

We'll be on vacation in two weeks. VBS is next week & we'll be prepping for vacation while DD is there.

Things are going well with DH's aunt's estate. No fussing, no fighting; just lots of cleaning, sorting, & figuring out how to get the bills paid. At this point, we feel a lot better about all of it & it shouldn't drag on too long.

Dad is feeling a little better since his medication update. Mom will be going on vacation with us, so we're excited about that.

Still lots for us to do in the next couple of weeks, so I may not get back to you all until mid-June. I hope everyone is well.

I'm having my coffee and relaxing for a few minutes but I have to get moving soon, I have to work today. Looks like we're going to get some rain, I hear some rumbles of thunder out there. Not too much going on after I leave the preschool, I'll just be working on some chores around the house. hopefully I'll have some time to pop back in here this afternoon.
