Everyone is ok. Things are busy. There were a few complications that led to a LONG LONG DAY.

We are still in the hospital and likely will be dismissed tomorrow around 2 or 3.

Late again, JP had another ballgame, another heartbreaking loss. The game was at a park where I had some of my greatest games as a child, including a grand slam. It brought back lots of fond memories for me. (sorry for my Al Bundy high school football moment) cheesy



Back to work in the morning, I am hoping to have some exciting news tomorrow.

Good Morning, Fellow Weekend Eve Arrivers!

Can we really be back here again so soon?
Can these number truly be correct?
Days to the Season: 147
Days to Christmas Day: 189

And can we honestly be just ONE WEEK AWAY from the half-way marker to Christmas Day?
(Well, the countdown chart says yes, and I've learned not to question it!)


We got a respite from the heat late yesterday by way of a lightning storm, complete with wind and hail. Cooled us off from the mid 90's to the upper 70's -- a welcome change.
Back to the heat today of course, and we have commenced at 74 degrees.

Good morning everyone!
So tired today. Maggie had a bad night, she was coughing a lot. She didn't settle down until about 2:00am. It's so stressful, gives me bad anxiety.
I have to head out soon, my daughter has a routine doctor appointment this morning. Not too much else going on here today. I'll just be working on my daily chores. I also have to go to the pet store at some point and I'll probably stop at the butcher too and get that over with.
I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!
