Hello all!

My granddaughter came up to me today all excited and said, "Grandma, Christmas will be here real soon, can we set the Christmas tree up"?! I told her that sounded like a great idea but right now I have our little tree with red, white and blue lights to celebrate the 4th. It put a smile on my face that she was thinking Christmas!

It's that time of year I really start thinking Christmas! Christmas in July on QVC tomorrow and I am looking forward to it! Hallmark and Sounds of the Seasons coming up with all the Christmas festivities in July. Fun times!!!

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

I'm enjoying the fresh mountain air! When I woke up yesterday, it was 46 degrees!! I poured a cup of coffee & sat on the back porch with Lulu. Wow, that was nice! I spent the day yesterday washing the house & storage building. It doesn't sound like fun vacation time, but I didn't mind. It was nice outside.

Today, we're planning to hike to a place called The Midnight Hole to do some swimming. It's a little overcast, but it's supposed to clear up.

So the cardiologist says mom doesn't have afib like all of the doctors have been saying since last March. So there goes the only explanation they had for the strokes.
