Work was very slow this morning then around 11 am got very busy, which I love because the day goes by so fast.
I am still baking cakes, #7 in the oven now. This wedding cake is 4 tiers tall.
one more tier for wedding cake to bake after this and then the strawberry cake for a one year old princess birthday party.
The top tier and the birthday cake will get baked tomorrow.
Also started some more sourdough bread that will be ready to bake in the morning. another 30 min and that will be ready to put in pans and let rise till 6am.
For some reason I am tired.
have a bunch of running around to do tomorrow morning so the afternoon and even will to to finish baking and hopefully get most of the cakes iced and fondant on them

Hey there, how's everyone doing tonight. I got both kids home tonight, and everyone has just settled in for the night watching TV or playing a video game. My back is still acting up, got the heating pad on it, but I'm not letting it sideline me 100%. I fighting it tooth and nail and hopefully, it will calm down.

Good evening everyone. My two oldest are taking their practical exam tomorrow morning and we had to run around to pick up a few things that they needed. Well I didn't have to go but I just thought I'd keep them company.
