I can't wait for some snow.
nudge, nudge, Holiday cheesy
Good evening,
In less than 18 hours I have a week of freedom, I absolutely cannot wait.
We have things planned all week, starting with the Christmas In July sale at Yankee Candle Village on Saturday, Santa will be there to do crafts with the kids, "sleigh" rides, and a Classic car show, I can't wait to see that.
Six Flags is in the forecast.
Maybe heading for the ocean for a day.
We are also planning to go to the Bronx Zoo, never been that close to NYC before.
Exciting doesn't describe how I feel.
I am perusing the Countdown and listening to music, the wife is watching that train wreck Teen Mom 2, Turtle is doggy gassing us both out of the room, I think he got into the cat food. WOW!
I hope you all had a great day.
I don't know if I will be able to get on before tomorrow night's scheduled shutdown for upgrades.

going to be a bit rainy today. Got the bread baked and the princess birthday cake is in the oven. Only thing left to bake is the top tier of the wedding cake.
That is going to wait till later when I get back from doing my errands.
For now I am going to enjoy some eggs on fresh baked sourdough bread and a cup of tea !

Yes, we may as well reconcile ourselves to the inevitableness of these Milestones. They will come as they may without the slightest possibility of deterrence.
(Not that we want to deter them, of course.

Lower humidity yesterday provided a welcome break from the usual muggy conditions. No rain, either.
(Yes, I got that lawn mowed!)
Today has dawned sunny, at 73 degrees here.
