I'm with you, Holiday ... I haven't had my fill of summer yet!
Winter is okay with me until New Year's Day. After that, it's a cold, icy, damp, dark, inconvenient drag that outstays its welcome. I'd like to bottle today's weather and take it out to enjoy sometime in February or March!

Not too much going on here, typical day of errands and chores. I need to work on a menu plan and grocery list as well. I can't wait until my butcher re-opens, I wasn't crazy about the new one I went to last week. I'm going to try a different one this weekend. I really do not like change. I hope I can handle the forum upgrade, lol.

Good morning MMC! Happy Friday!!! So far we have dodged the inch of rain they were calling for this morning. Looks like it all stayed north! Sun is shining now! cheesy
Last night our "birthday club" went out to celebrate 2 birthdays. I didn't go along to eat, but I was going to meet them after. I told them they could stop in for a drink on the patio since it was such a nice night ~ if they wanted. Well they showed up & never left!! It was after midnight til I finally "got rid of them" :lol: It was fun! Lots of laughs! Gracie loved her company! cheesy Our neighbor guy hollered out the door that we sounded like a bunch of cackling hens! OOPS! :lol: :lol:
No major plans for the weekend. We'll be at the lake. Jim is golfing in a tournament tomorrow with a couple of the lake guys. I'm sure us girls will find something to do & if it's not raining I'm sure it will involve bicycles!
Sunday we are listening to our friend sing/play guitar at the bar up the street from our trailer & we're all spending Sunday night at the lake. Most everybody took Monday off, but I have to work. Booo!
