Good Morning MMC! And Happy Monday! Er...is there such a thing?
Another short work week for me this week and next week as well-going to the river either Wednesday night or Thursday, going to a wedding Saturday, and then back home Sunday! I'm looking forward to vacation, but I'm also looking forward to fall, because I'm tired of my schedule changing-it hasn't been the same one week all summer! I'm ready to have a normal week where I work the same days (I have two jobs so not switching shifts to get my hours in) and have the weekends off at home. Soon enough! Only about a month more of summer for me! Can't wish it away.

wow that was a hot weekend, woke this morning to only 15c (59f) andcooler breezes so all the windows are open enjoying it.
Off to work today and a meeting right after that

Sounds like a lot of fun times!!I'm good, for a Monday! Weekend was fun! Sunny & then rainy, every day- imagine that! We got over 3" of rain again! Our friend played at the Shack yesterday, we had a lot of fun listening to him. He is so talented! We all stayed at the lake last night. I like waking up there in the morning & it's usually a peaceful drive home... Good way to start the day!
Miss Gracie had a good weekend hanging with her friends! She did get sick yesterday morning after she ate - but it was SO HOT outside & she was running around like a crazy woman! So hopefully it was a fluke. She's been good since.

I'm still sore from all the work on the Camaro last Saturday, but we're pretty close to taking it out around the block. Of course, it still doesn't have a dash in it...or carpet, or seats, for that matter. Or a windshield, or a hood, or...I could go on & on. Suffice it to say, I hope the police don't see us!
I was "rasslin'" with Lulu yesterday afternoon and she scratched me on the arm. It was an accident, and she knew it happened because she stopped playing and put her head in my lap, bless her heart. But it just won't stop bleeding due to this blood thinner I take. I just got a styptic pen, and it seems to be working now. Nobody wants to be around a bleeding office-mate. Yuck LOL.

Except for the severe weather overnight, into Saturday. Lots of damage. 80 mph winds, scary stuff.
Spent a lot of it indoors, where it was nice & cool, watching CIJ on QVC
