Mom is doing well! She's been feeling good. She went with my brother/sil to my nephews for a cookout last night. I like it when she has something to do! I think she gets bored, especially on the weekends. My bro/sil just got back from a 3 week trip out west in their motor home - they live next door to mom. I think she's happy they are home. They have a busy household, it gives her something to do - keeping an eye on who comes & goes from their house. LOL! Thanks for asking! How are your parents & Adi's Dad?

Mom has been very active with golf and tennis, lunching with the girls, working in her garden, etc.
Dad is in two golf leagues, helps with the church men's group, and meets the neighbor guys to talk sports and have a beer a few nights a week. They have a busy social life, lol. I can't keep up!
We are all going up to my Aunt & Uncle's cabin next weekend. Should be a great time!! Harlowe loves it up there, too. She & Jazzie enjoy the breezeway so much. It faces both the lake, and the street. And there's permanent campsites and a resort bar across the street, so they keep an eye on all the action! And keep people in line, haha.

Hi everyone! It has been ages since I've posted. I hope you are all well and life is treating you good! I now have 4 grandchildren and I couldn't be happier! I am gearing up for Christmas 2015! Well...I've actually been gearing up for it since January...hahaha! I started Christmas shopping back in March so I have a good haul right now. I've been listening to Christmas music since...well - I don't think I stopped

Mom is on her way back to the mountains, so our weekly Friday lunch is out today. I'm glad she has the chance to go as often as she does, but I must admit to a bit of jealousy.
Jacob's band has a gig tonight at Wild Wings Café, so that should be fun!

It's going to be another nice day, sunny with temperatures in the low 80's. No big plans, I'm just working on a menu plan and grocery list for next week. I'm not going food shopping until tomorrow but I'm going to try a new butcher today and get that over with. I have a couple of other errands to run and then I'll be working on some chores around the house. Maybe I'll find some time to hang out by the pool.
My two oldest found out they passed their state board exam so they now have their esthetician license. They're excited.

I had a busy night last night ~ stopped at Moms on my way home from work, then was in the kitchen all night! I finished the cinnamon rolls, then I made caramel popcorn, a cheese log, I made cream beef & corn on the cob for supper, then I made stuffed jalapeno's to put on the grill tonight & I cut up the cheese for ham appetizer sandwiches! WHEW! I had a dishwasher full of dishes just from last night! Crawled in bed a little before 11 & I think I was sleeping before 11! Lol!
