Tonight my mom, sister & I are discussing who is going to host Christmas Eve this year! My Mom actually offered!! I would love for her to have it (last year was the 1st year EVER that it wasn't at my parents - maybe it was my Dad that it stressed out aboutr it after all?) Anyway, I'm just excited to be talking about family Christmas Eve!
On a side note - my friend just sent a text saying she has cooking pumpkins ready, asking if anybody wants any! Really?? Already???
That is exciting!! We've been talking about Christmas too. It's going to be different with my EX BIL having the girls Christmas eve and until noon on Christmas day.

To everyone who said they hoped "Halloween Alley" would become "A Christmas To Remember" after they leave, that is my hope too!
No, they were not at Crabtree last year. There was a place called "Halloween Zone" in the mall in 2014. That was a smaller store into which "A Christmas To Remember" would not have fit. This new "Halloween Alley" will be much bigger and occupies an ideal spot for "A Christmas To Remember".

Your going to have to do better than that, I will have 7-8 tons in pounds by mid-November. I carry a bottle of Aleve with me at all times in November and December.

Nancy's mom's trip to the eye doctor was a success! They designed some glasses that will vastly improve her diabetes-diminished vision. Nancy says they aren't the most fashionable glasses she's ever seen, but if they work, so what!
I took the kids to their dance and guitar practices last night, and we got home about 9pm. We ran through the KFC drive-through for some of their grilled chicken. When we got home, though, we found that we'd been given FRIED chicken. Bummer.

Sometimes fried chicken is the best tasting thing in the world, unfortunately all the KFC's around here closed down 5-6 years ago. We do have Popeye's though.
It was pure magic to me! I even shook Santa's hand.
It was an amazing trip, especially for JP. (LC was only 9 months old at the time.)

(Although it's a bit late for the Blossoms Thread launch. They normally open by late September.)
Good evening,
There must be a Christmas bug going around, I heard someone jiggling their keys and all I could think of was of some jingle bells. I was humming and singing Christmas songs to myself all day, and I went to check if any Christmas themed magazines were in yet. (No luck, they usually start popping in by the end of July, a little late this year I guess)
A slow day because of the rainy day, I really got a ton of stuff accomplished, That is so important with me going to be away for a week next week.
Day off tomorrow, I am hoping to go see Vacation, but it looks like those plans are not coagulating well tonight. Can't resist seeing the Griswold's in another movie.
