Pleasant weather is still hanging in there, although punctuated by the occaisonal rain storm, like yesterday's.
We started off at a low-humidity 69 degrees here in central NC with the promise of a clearer day and no precip.


Have a Wonderful Wednesday, Everybody.
And a Pleasant Pines Day visit to one and all! Not many more left you know, until the 'bers arrive.
(And that's when Carl gets real frisky!)

Day after tomorrow - that's unbelievable! And only 3 more pines days before the bers (including today.) That's even more unbelievable!!! thanks crown!

I understand how you feel. I pulled my lounge chair to the patio at lunch & hung out there with Gracie. It's gorgeous outside - just perfect! Hard to come back. I hope your afternoon at work goes very well!

I did go home - Gracie & I hung out on the patio. The neighbors weiner dog came over to visit her!

She is happy about that. Har will sleep in her bed right next to his desk while he works =]
Adrian said that she's having a good day so far!

Gracie loves when her friends come to visit. Our house smelled pretty amazing when I walked in the door with pork steaks in the crock pot! It's probably making Gracie crazy to have to smell that all day!

Glad that Maggie had a better night.
We all have our secret weapons, lol. Yours is the doorbell, mine is telling Har to look out the window when her friends are walking by-then giving her the pills quickly so I can let her on the deck to see them. Sometimes you just got to do what you got to do! =] At least we're creative!

You're right about the secret weapons. Maggie is a nervous eater so ringing the doorbell will usually do the trick. Molly was the same way, I just had to say "who's there" and she would go crazy!

Lulu is bad about taking the pill pocket in her mouth, separating the pill from it, then swallowing the pill pocket and spitting out the pill. Boy, that's frustrating!

Maggie has done that too. It is frustrating and can be very stressful when they really need to take their pills.
