Good afternoon, friends! Thank you all so very much, for your thoughts, prayers, and very kind posts here yesterday! I didn't want to flood the countdown - but know that I read each of them and it meant so much to me!!!!

Ella is hanging in there. She was doing pretty well this morning, ate and was drinking, but as the day went on, she is becoming more painful, crying, won't drink, and DH is having to pick her up and carry her. We called the vet and got a pain med ordered. I feel for her. Poor baby. Hope it helps. I've just been hanging out with her and relaxing for the past hour or so.

Thinking of you all and lots of prayers! Hope you're all having a great day!

Jones and Kandice are asleep....the kitties are snoring as well...I m layin in my bed listenin to Christmas Music on Spotify! How relaxing!!!!!

Tomorrow we ll go to my grana s to prepare for her birthday on Mo day! She ll be 85!!!!

I appreciate the enthusiasm for the 'Ber months and celebrating them with All Things Pumpkin, but can't stand the flavor of pumpkin ever since, as a child, I bit into a pumpkin cookie, believing it was a peanut butter cookie …
So all of you can have all of the pumpkin-flavored "goodies" I won't eat!

Back when I first discovered there were places to visit on the internet like this forum, where people talked about Christmas constantly, someone made me a special banner. She was inspired by the type of things I said in my posts and that I lived in the North. RJD was a member at that other hang-out; there was also some good music threads and other chatter going on there.

It was around that time that I started collecting "fair use" and "free use" images as well as creating my own banners for myself and so many other people. I saw something today that reminded me of this banner and although that person isn't a member here, I had the feeling that if I shared it "out loud" somehow the jolly vibes would float through the air and find her and suddenly she'll stop and think about Christmas (out of the blue). Bet she still counts down to Christmas too!
