Afternoon all
Back from Paris now, had such a lovely few days we picked the best weekend to go it was so hot!
Saw all the tourist points.... all on foot too... my legs are still recovering! Back in the not so sunny England but looking forward to Winter now, schools are back which means Halloween and Christmas items are sure to be out soon! I actually purchased my first present that isn't for my little boy today, so that's one down and many more to go

Good Morning, MMC!!! Happy Hump Day!!! It's going to be a HOT one here with a high of 91 predicted. Yuck!!! I'm just sitting here waiting on the maintenance guy. My kitchen sink is stopped up again. Hopefully he gets here soon so I can get some other stuff done today. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!

I didn't know my co-workers mom personally but I would talk to her on the phone sometimes before she went to the nursing home. She was a sweet lady. She was 94 & had really been suffering for a long time, so it was a blessing. Still stinks, but at least she is at peace.

He started having problems again on Sunday afternoon/evening, and my SIL took him in to the hospital first thing the following morning. They spent the day there, ran more tests, and the Tomah VA recommended taking him to the Madison VA that night. So, they arrived there late Monday night.
I'm not really sure why his local VA never ran an EEG or MRI, but that is what they did last night.
Hopefully they get the results soon, and we finally get some answers, and a treatment plan in place.

Unfortunately, he's not doing very well. He's confused again, agitated, not sure why he's in the hospital. Adrian said it was so upsetting that he didn't feel right leaving. So, he got a hotel for the night.

Happy Pines day!

My week got off to a rough start, and hasn't been the greatest since.
My father-in-law is back in the hospital, and they transferred him to Madison. It's a great hospital, so I'm hopeful about that. But it is also 3 1/2 hours away. I'm just worried about my family. On top of that, it's a busy week with meetings and appointments, etc. i'm just having a hard time focusing on other things, when I wish I could be with Adrian and Ken.

Good morning MMC! Happy Hump/Pines/WednesDAY!! I hope everyone's day is off to a good start!
Not much going on around here today, just working some more on eBay postings.
Last night I cooked some salsa for canning. The house smelled so good. I didn't can it yet b/c I want to try it 1st to see if it needs anything!
Gracie goes to the beauty parlor at lunch today. And she's just looking so cute with her longer hair. My co-workers Mom passed away so we'll probably head to the funeral home tonight. Never look forward to that. I also should try to get to the grocery tonight. That's about it from me today!
