Christmas Countdown - 2015

Good Morning MMC, and happy Friday Eve! This week has been a big one-13 nights of Halloween schedule is out, Christmas Music Preview Weekend on LITE 105 IR, Crown's Halloween Shop opening, and we started rehearsing Christmas music last night in choir at church! Labor Day weekend starts tomorrow, and the unofficial start of the fall is upon us. The Pumpkin Spice Latte twitter account has a big announcement tonight, which is probably about that starting to come out in stores as well! My how time flies...it's the most wonderful time of the year for sure!

I've just got work today! No big deal. Excited to get off and hang out with friends. Work tomorrow is at Easy Job for half a day, so I don't even count that!! Basically, today's an awesome day. Hope you all have a great one!!! Keep sharing all the new signs of the season--I love it!

Well, my niece is all established at her condo in Charlotte and ready to start work at her accounting firm later this month.
We are sorry to see her leave but proud of her accomplishments!

And now the count, with loads of thanks to Brent for seeing the pending void and filling it.
(Isn't this a great group we have here? So ready to step up on a moment's notice and take the reigns!)

Days to the Season: 71
Days to Christmas Day: 113

Under 2 weeks remain now until the advent of a double-double digit count.
(Can this really be happening so soon?
I guess so. The count chart never lies!)


It was hot and muggy for the trip to and from Charlotte (I saw it as high as 97 on the way back) but we had no precipitation and the move went smoothly.
This morning has dawned at 72 we degrees after an overnight rain, but hopefully the rest of the day will be clear.

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

I spent most of the day yesterday helping the IT guy who came from corporate. Of course, I was the guy who had to run outside in the rain to see if the security camera was running, etc. LOL We didn't do much after work. The kids went to youth meeting at church, Nancy did some book work for her daddy's store, and I watched Stargate reruns on Amazon Prime!

We got Jacob's senior pictures back this week, and I have to say, they are great! How can he already be a senior?!?
