Afternoon all,
Having a nice Saturday. Ended up popping to the local DIY with Mr Festive and have been arranging repair for our heating. Got a quote for £300.00GB Ouch didn't plan on that!!!

Anyway, I am so excited because I found a really nice Halloween tree .... finally. I've been wanting one and decided to treat myself with some left over birthday cash. It is only £10.99 so a real bargain right!!!???

TGIF, my Christmas friends!

It's supposed to be super hot today and tomorrow, then hopefully we'll get a slight break form the heat. Hunting season starts tomorrow, too! It's always been one of my favorite days of the year! I hope I get an invitation to a hunt!

Jacob turns 18 tomorrow. I can't believe it. Where did the time go? He wants us to take him to eat seafood in Savannah tomorrow night, so that's the plan.

For those of you feeling under the weather or wishing well your family members.

Good news about my mom, the polyps on her colon were cancerous, however they re-tested the area where they had removed them and there is no residue remaining; she goes back every three months for repeat tests as a precaution. Still no results from her MRI and whatever test they did for her kidneys. A bit more waiting time, but she's relieved about the news she has so far.

Did a bit of shopping and got my haircut today, going to take a nap shortly. I'm not through with this sinus situation yet and now I feel like I may have to face the fact that I'll need an inhaler to get through this one.

Had a wonderful Christmas dream; I was buying tons of presents and fancy decorated gift boxes like the kind my mom used to refer to as "soap opera packages" so you just untie the ribbon and lift the lid to reveal what's inside. The boxes were all different and full of Christmas themes and in a variety of colours. I was also buying huge Christmas cards that were the size of colouring books. Love those kind of merry dreams.
