And just like that, we move from over half a week to under half a week until Milestone number 16, the 3/4 marker to Christmas Day 2015.

I did indeed. We are in fact that far along, believe it or not.

Gradually getting warmer but really it remains quite nice for September here in our part of the South.
This morning has commenced at 67 degrees with a chance of rain.

Good morning MMC! Happy Tuesday!! Chilly morning!!
I wanted to get my fall decorations out last night but after Gracie & I were out running around in the convertible I just wasn't feeling it anymore! It was too nice outside. This morning we walked & it was perfect weather for walking - sweatshirt & capri's - I could have gone home, turned on the fireplace & decorated, but noooooo, had to come to work! LOL ~ I'll get it done one of these days!!

We heard today she was moved to a larger hospital, she is doing well, eating. joking, alert. She had a heart attack, the manager was doing cpr for 22 minutes total. It is amazing she is alive, when he started there was no pulse, no breathing and her skin was already gray. He was very emotional today, he is calling this a life changing event in his life.

Wow ... there's no question he saved her life. It's so good to hear that she's doing well.

Lol - we did have fun. After the grocery I picked her up & we went to her favorite place - the lake!!! But she was sad none of her friends were there. She always looks for her St. Bernard friend (lives at a house on the way to the lake) & he wasn't out either! Sad night for Gracie. HA!

Hello everyone. I was off work today and took my daughter to see Disney on Ice. It was Frozen this year, and I had never seen so many little girls in either Frozen princess dresses or, as in the case of my daughter and countless others, Frozen t-shirts. I had also never heard that many little girls sing "Let It Go" at the top of their lungs and in unison. The children all went crazy when Olaf the Snowman finally made his appearance; you would have thought Elvis walked out on that stage!
But it was so good to spend the day with her! I kept her out of school for it. My son had the chance but told me he'd rather be at school than at Frozen any day of the week!
Y'all have a good week. Fall starts Wednesday!

That's going to be a special memory for years to come ... for both of you!

9th consecutive day at the office ... no recreation to speak of since the 13th, so I'm getting a little "punchy." Getting up a half-hour earlier tomorrow for the furnace guy to come and do maintenance. Come on, Friday!!

Trying to enjoy my cup of coffee, but I can't have sugar today because of my doctor's appointment tomorrow, and Splenda just ain't...splendid. Still, it's better than no coffee.

We went by Hobby Lobby yesterday afternoon, and spent the whole time loitering around the Fall and Christmas sections. I love it! I know it's a little silly, but I like to sniff the cinnamon candles. They take me right back to Christmas every time! Of course, I have to make sure no one is looking. LOL

Good morning everyone, Happy Tuesday!
I just got back from dropping Maggie off at the groomer. She's only there for one hour so I'll be heading back out to get her before I know it. Just relaxing with a cup of coffee for a few minutes.Not too much going on here today, I have to run to the supermarket at some point to pick up a few things. I would also like to stop at Barnes and Noble for a new workout dvd. I lost a total of 20 pounds, I'm so proud of myself. I don't want to lose any more weight but I want to keep exercising for the health benefits.
