Good morning everyone, Happy Sunday!
I'm heading out in a little bit, I'm going to another craft fair. I just love this time of the year! This is one of the largest fairs of the season so I like to get there early since it gets incredibly crowded. Not too much else going here today. We picked up the pumpkins and mums yesterday, I just have to try and get out there this afternoon to do some decorating.
I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!
Have fun at the craft fair!
They're the best!! ;)
Happy shopping!
Have a great day~
Xx

Good morning MMC! It's a chilly cloudy morning here this morning! Getting ready to work for a few hours and then have the rest of the day off! Listening to Lite 105 Internet Radio, as they've flipped to all Christmas music and take requests sometimes! It'll be all Christmas until January! I listen to them until my local station flips. I love it. I'll mix in some Kringle Radio as well!

Hope everyone has a great day! Check in later today.
Hope you have a fabulous day, DYHWIH!!
Enjoy the Christmas music!

Good Morning, Everyone!

Our Milestone count will resume tomorrow, enabling a relaxing second half of the weekend before the nearness of the next marker really puts the pressure on!

Let's look at today's figures:
Days to the Season: 47
Days to Christmas Day: 89
(Wow! That Season count number is really starting to look small, isn't it?)

Rain, rain, rain. Enough is enough!
I'm ready for some sun but it's not in the forecast today.
This morning has commenced at 67 wet, overcast and foreboding degrees with further precipitation on the way.

Well, regardless of the weather, you be sure and have a Super Sunday and may the NFL team of your choice prove victorious!
(Unless they are facing the Panthers or Packers, of course.)
Good morning, Crown~
Thanks!
Have a merry Sunday!

Thanks, Crown. Although it is not a milestone, seeing "89 Days to Christmas Day" does look fairly impressive!

Morning everyone. I've been MIA for the last year or so (sorry). Used to be around but rarely. Hope to be back full-time now that my life is more settled. Wow can anyone else believe that we hit OCTOBER this coming week? I am so excited for the holiday season coming.
Welcome back, Edge! You're right; October is coming!!

Good Sunday morning, my Christmas friends!

They family is running around the house, trying to get ready for church. Jacob stay at a friend's house last night, so that's one less sleepy-head I have to drag out of bed this morning.

Nancy & I bought a couple pumpkins and some mums for the front porch yesterday. I have a bail of hay coming next week, so I can put out the scarecrows and orange lights, too. Fun, fun!

After lunch at mom's, I plan to finally plant Jacob's hunting plot and put out the StealthCam, assuming my brother doesn't have another project for me to "help" with. LOL

I hope y'all have a great day! :D

Thank you!
The oral surgery will be fine, just an implant to replace a back tooth that had to come out earlier this year (the result of a years-ago root canal that failed). The dentist said the implant would be simpler than the extraction, and that went beautifully.

Yup, I can concur with that as well also.... Boy it sure does stink at times when you start to get into the middle age category. Just wait till you start to catch up to me, LOL....

Like yesterday, At the end of the afternoon, I was like rubbing my lower back, rubbing my knee, and then rubbing my head wondering why do I do this too myself???? Stubbornness, that what it is!!! I refuse to submit to the aches and pains......

That sure does bring out the Fall spirit doesn't it... I'm going to go out and do the very same thing, for the first time in 2 years... For the last 2 years I've been moving from house to house to house... On Tuesday, it will be our 1 year anniversary in our present home.....And we will have a new addition tomorrow, my 97 year old grandfather; who is already making plans to put me to work.....LOL!
I've been wanting to put up a deer stand myself, but I never had the time this year. I think that this Fall/ winter, I'm going to clear out a section of the woods by the stream and set up a deer stand. Gotta wait till then, so I can get in there and knock down all the briars, poison Ivy, oak and sumac..... I've been slowly edging my way into the woods, but every single time, I get a touch of Poison Ivy on my hands or arms...Man that stuff can itch....

Congrats! I'm so glad that you're loving your home! Beautiful house & property.
A deer stand is a great idea!

Good morning. Nice Fall temps outside this morning, enough to make you piggy toes, feel chilly waling on the hardwood...I'm feeling like a good hardy breakfast this morning, some Jimmy Dean sausage, fried potatoes and onions, scrambled eggs and cheese, pumpkin spiced bagels and Folgers hot coffee.... Mmmmmmm!

Happy Sunday MMC
Scrolling through the thread and seeing all the fun ambitious plans people have today !
I am staying in today .
There are days that you can find joy in doing absolutely nothing LOL
Agreed!! :)
Enjoy, and have a relaxing day MsRose!

Discussing plans with my husband for the Canadian Thanksgiving and our Anniversary weekend.

I really want to visit my older cousin (I always thought he was my uncle until I was about 12 and he corrected me). He lives in Prescott, moved there after his wife passed away on Easter weekend about three years ago. When my husband and I got married, it was his wife who took me shopping with my mom to pick out a wedding dress that she wound up paying for as a gift. Their generosity didn't stop there, they managed to sneak into our honeymoon suite (a gift from my brother) and surprised us with fancy silk loungewear that was waiting on the round bed. The next morning, when we were having our gift opening with a handful of relatives present; a large basket filled with food, sauces, rice wine, fancy tablewear for 2, etc. was too much and I was moved to tears; overwhelmed by their kindness. They always thought of me as the daughter they never had. I told him at the funeral that we would keep in touch and he said, "Don't forget your promise." I haven't. He gets along so well with my husband and the last time we visited, we talked for over six hours about so many subjects. When he was a young man, one of his first jobs was working in a doll factory. I remember thinking that a doll he had made somehow made its way under a Christmas tree as a surprise for a child. No matter what conversation is taking place, I seem to link it to a merry thought.

We also want to take a Fall drive up North as our local trees aren't ready for snapping photos. And we'll have dinner with my parents on the Monday. Think I'll make the side dish I was thinking of bringing over for Christmas dinner to test it out in advance.
Great memories for you!
Thinking of how close the Canadian Thanksgiving is getting makes me think of our U.S. Thanksgiving ... not so far off, and so much yet to do to prepare for Thanksgiving and Christmas!
