Good Wednesday morning. Hump Day is here. It's a mild 70 degrees and raining (boy do we need the rain and we sure are getting it based on the forecast through the weekend).
The last day of September. We say it often but it's scary how fast time goes. I was thinking earlier when I woke up that my one New Years resolution that I make every year and struggle to keep is "Take one day at a time." It's very hard for me (and a lot of people) because I'm a big time thinker and am always thinking ahead. I think it's awesome to anticipate things that are coming but just as important to focus on the present. Instead of waiting until Jan 1 to make this resolution again I've decided to try it now for the last 3 months of the year (and by far our favorite 3 months of the year). No better time to enjoy each day than during the Halloween-Thanksgiving-Christmas-New Years run. Those words/holidays give me the chills just typing them and yet we're on the verge of entering that time of year.
Anyway, enough babbling from me. Hope everyone has a great mid-week, last day of September and look forward to reading the boards from work when I get there shortly.

Good morning everyone!
Happy Pines Day!
Not too much going on here today. We are expecting shower/storms most of the day. I have a couple of quick errands to run and then I'll be working on my daily chores. Lots of laundry to do, I kind of slacked off on it yesterday. I have a few phone calls to make as well. Still doing some research in regards to Molly's case. We're seriously considering filing a complaint against the doctor that misdiagnosed Molly and the animal hospital as well in small claims court. I need to gather some more information first. Unfortunately, proving veterinary wrongdoing can be difficult. It's frustrating because there are several people in that animal hospital that know exactly what happened but they aren't going to throw their colleague under the bus. Makes me so angry. Anyway, I will be deciding today whether we're going to go ahead and file the complaint.
That's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

Thank you!
Maggie had a better night, coughed a little bit off and on but slept pretty well compared to the past couple of nights. Too bad Sophia woke me up twice, lol.

Crazy, one extreme to the other!

Good morning Snowflake!
Merry Pines Day!
Enjoy the cooler temperature :)
Wishing you a blessed as well!
Sending hugs and prayers ♥
Good morning, HmG!
Merry Pines Day!

Glad that Maggie slept better!
Sorry you still had a tough time- you little stinker, Sophia!

Thank you~
It is crazy weather :)
Have a fabulous day!

Stay safe and dry in the rain and storms today, friend.
Hope that your errands, laundry, and other chores go well.
Thinking of you as you decide whether to move forward with filing a complaint.
I know how hard this is been on you, and you remain in my heart and prayers.
I am always here if you need anything at all ❤️ (((Hugs)))

Good morning Edge!
Happy Wednesday/Pines day!
Take one day at a time is a great expression. I know it's easier said than done, especially with the busyness of life. Wish time would slow down. Praying this wonderful time of the year doesn't go by too fast!
I hope you have a great day, be safe in the rain!

Good Morning, Christmas Fans Near and Far.

And we are not far from our next Milestone. It's nearer than you think.
More about that presently.

First:
Days to the Season: 44
Days to Christmas Day: 86

OK, Folks.
ONE WEEK FROM TODAY. The 90 percent HOME STRETCH point, after which we coast right on in to Christmas Season 2015!
(Incredible. Just incredible.)

And still the rain falls. Flooding in High Point, NC to the west of us made it to the national news. No problems like that here in Raleigh, but still...............
Today has started off at 75 degrees with, you guessed it, more rain ahead.

Well, neither rain nor sleet nor gloom of......well.......anything, will stop Carl from the swift presentation of his appointed entertainment.
And what will he have planned for this evening, the last open house of September?
Only one way to find out. And I for one plan to take it.
How about you?

Have a Wonderful Wednesday, Everyone!

We run through our days here, driving the kids to their different daily functions, and trying to keep up with family and community obligations. I agree with you, I can't believe September is gone!

Yeah maybe together we can make it go slow. It's definitely an old and saying that is used all the time but the older I got the more I feel it important to indeed take one day at a time. Have a good one!

Ahh I don't have kids...but between work, school, exercise, family, errands and such I sometimes find myself feeling there isn't enough time. I know having kids must really make it even harder but maybe more fun in a way too. Have a good one Brad.

Oh yeah! I don't regret all the things we do with the kids, but it sure does make the time fly!

Good Wednesday (Pinesday!) morning, my Christmas friends!

It's a busy work week for me with my after-work business. All the elections in the area have the local politicians (not me this time!) scrambling to advertise, which is my business. Lulu and I drove to a town about 30 miles away to work on an ad sign, and we have a few more to do this week. She loves it, because I have to drive slowly with the signs and she can hang out of the window. She loves to bark at folks on bicycles LOL!

I hope y'all have a great day! :D
